My 2017 Chevrolet Traverse needed regular serving at 40K miles. As always, the team at John Thornton was incredible. I specifically asked about the like of the original tires. They advised me that I had another 6k or so before needing to replace them. Since they had the vehicle and this was something that eventually needed to be handled, I gave them the go ahead to find out what the exact replacement tires cost would be. They called back at 12:43PM, gave me an incredibly fair quote and advised the tired could be delivered and installed by the end of day. I gave my approval. At 2:31PM I was called and told everything would be installed and checked prior to 4PM and make arrangements to pick up my vehicle then. I arrived a couple of moments early and my car was perfectly serviced, new tired installed and car completely clean. We were beyond satisfied!!! The team at John Thornton Chevrolet is outstanding.
