Probably the worst dealership experience I’ve been apart of. Salesperson Veronica would not call/text me back to answer the simplest questions. They also advertised the truck that I bought as certified but of. Salesperson Veronica would not call/text me back to answer the simplest questions. They also advertised the truck that I bought as certified but turns out it was not certified and then found some issues with it that I was not happy about. After finding all of this out, I spoke to both used car sales managers who both told me they would call me back and did not. I really don’t appreciate how this dealership as a whole has treated me. I would never recommend anyone use them. More
