Gussie Williams bought a 2013 Nissan Rouge. I am so excited, I just sit and look at it. I have always bought a new car, but this is the first time I have ever gotten so excited. I have shown it to e excited, I just sit and look at it. I have always bought a new car, but this is the first time I have ever gotten so excited. I have shown it to everyone at work, and they love it also. I had to go out of town on business, and hated to leave it at home. Tomorrow will be two weeks I have had this new car, and I am ready for a road trip! (except I work and bought this, while on vacation) Thanks guys for being the salesmen you are, and sending me home in this car. The experience, the price, the employees, ( I think I met them all), and the Nissan product all are far above the rest! Keep up the good work! More
The entire staff were so great. Very patient and kind. I don't believe I've ever had a better buying experience. I never felt pressured, just a lot of support and consideration.. My wife's 2011 Maxima had a potentially disabling issue as she drove from Helena, AL to Panama City Beach on a Friday afternoon. I spoke with Reagan at 2:00 and asked about her service department's h issue as she drove from Helena, AL to Panama City Beach on a Friday afternoon. I spoke with Reagan at 2:00 and asked about her service department's hours...she assured me she would do everything in her power to get my wife's car taken care of even though my wife was 3+ hours away. Reagan not only arranged for the courtesy car driver to stay a few minutes late, but then got my wife a loaner/rental (at no charge) to drive BACK to Helena while her car was waiting on parts. Reagan kept me informed of the status of my wife's car, and when we got to the dealership Saturday afternoon (a week later), not only was the car ready as promised, but it had even been washed! More
The staff at John Lee Nissan were very professional and I felt no pressure during the sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends and family members. The sales staff was friendly enough. Financing was seemingly no big deal until days 2 and 3, when it was revealed that I would not be purchasing the extras (gap insurance and extended warranty) the fi seemingly no big deal until days 2 and 3, when it was revealed that I would not be purchasing the extras (gap insurance and extended warranty) the finance agent recommended. No more smiles and a higher interest rate... really? I can't imagine why an interest rate on my loan would be linked to my choice of whether or not to get an extended warranty, but that's what he told me. He continually tried to get me to sign papers with a car payment higher than I was comfortable with. Overall, he was unprofessional and rude. I told my salesman about the experience and thought I would get a call from management about my experience. Nothing. After two weeks of stewing on the treatment, I called to speak to the manager of the dealership. I was assured I would be called back the next day to discuss the issue. Two days later and still no returned call. I will not be taking my vehicle there to be serviced. I have removed their advertisement stickers from my car. I will never recommend anyone to them for sales. After hearing about my crappy experience, my friends won't be returning there for service either. The dealership has had ample opportunity to, at the very least, APOLOGIZE for Jeremy's behavior and haven't. My only recourse at this point is to write reviews and never go back. Buying a new car should be fun; it should be a pleasure... this was not my experience with John Lee Nissan-Mazda. More
What a circus! I will never recommend anyone to buy from John Lee. If you buy a brand new vehicle and it needs parts replaced at 1500 miles, you might want to have compassion. The are slow and terrible, took almost 4 hours for an oil change, I have been there 4 times for service and the quickest time for an oil change was 2.5 hours, slow slow slow. the service guy chris lacy is a change, I have been there 4 times for service and the quickest time for an oil change was 2.5 hours, slow slow slow. the service guy chris lacy is a scammer also he quoted me that I would pay 25% for a battery cause of warranty and then he tried to charge me 75% with the same crappy warranty as before, I will never go back, and now I will be canceling my maintenance plus plan so I don't have to go back. Chris is great! He gave me an estimate on repairs for my Nissan 350Z and I really feel that he gave me the very best price and service. Mike made my car buying a no brainer and very comfortable - NO PRESSURE! They do not have to pressure you into buying a Nissan as the cars pretty much sell themselves! When I have to take my car in (10' Se - NO PRESSURE! They do not have to pressure you into buying a Nissan as the cars pretty much sell themselves!
