This seems to be a matter of mis-communication on our part and for that we apologize. Vehicle issues arise with any make of vehicle and we see them often. This may translate into a perception of indifference at times just due to the nature of the business at hand, much like a doctor might be perceived when discussing a medical issue with his patient. If the patient perceives that the doctor is acting as thought it's not a big deal, be assured that the doctor does indeed care about his patients.
