LOVE, LOVE, LOVE everyone at this dealership. My husband was looking for a new truck and had been treated badly at the Ford dealership, so was about to give up looking. He was not excited about it when I first told him, because he did not know anything about the truck, but then Marcus Sellers came out to the parking lot. He was also new to the Nissan family, but very nice and not pushy. My husband threw questions at him to the point that I started to feel bad for him. But through it all he was polite and the best part was if he did not know the answer he said "I don't know, but I can find out", and he did. He did not just leave it at "I don't know", which makes me so angry. That is where Jack Bennie came in. He was right there the whole time and needless to say, we have a: big; red; great to drive; handles the road wonderfully; good on gas; with the chrome package; 4X4; Titan. It has been a few months now and I love to drive it. I have taken it on road trips and around town. And as far as the sales experience, I feel like I need to go by the dealership to visit my new best friends, and definitely send Christmas gifts. I am recently single and had not bought a new car in 17 years. My first car was a Datsun b210 and my second was a Sentra Hatchback. I went there needing to buy something for me and needed a dealership that would listen to ME and not force me into something I didn't want. I had a sense of urgency and explained what I needed to my salesman Troye. He understood and listened to my requirements and guided me through the selction of my Altima. The next hurdle was fianacing. My credit was BAD! The finance department worked hard to get me approved and after some bartering with down payment requirements, poor credit history, and my time frame they made it happen! I drove off the lot confident that this was the right car for me and 60 days later I know it was. My son said this car was cool so how could I go wrong! The way I was treated at John Lee Nissan was wonderful and I will make this my dealership of choice for future needs. They were honest and I did not feel pressured to buy. They made what could have been a disaster a wonderful outcome for my independence and restoration of my credit. More
