Kevin Seedorf located a Toyota Sienna that they had just received into inventory that was perfect for my needs. The vehicle had only one previous owner and that owner had maintained the vehicle through the Nissan dealership, so all of the service records were available. The sales process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend John Lee Nissan, and especially their salesman Kevin Seedorf. More

Good at selling cars, bad at everything else. We had a pretty good experience with the actual car purchase at John Lee Nissan. We were buying a used car and went in with another car that was upsid We had a pretty good experience with the actual car purchase at John Lee Nissan. We were buying a used car and went in with another car that was upside down we wanted to get out from under. They did a good job working with us to make it work, though I still think we were lowballed a bit on the trade. Overall it was a above-average experience. After that, however, things have been different. During the sale the salesman assured us that if anything went wrong with the car within the first month or two of owernship, to let them know and that the owner takes care of people like that all of the time. Well within the first 3 weeks the water pump went out, took it to them, nobody would do anything. I work on my own cars so I just bit the bullet and replaced it myself, but that wasn't a great start to our relationship. Then recently, we wrecked the car that was purchased from them and it was totalled. Luckily we bought gap insurance, so the difference is going to be covered, but the gap insurance requires paperwork from the dealership in order to process it. This has been an absolute nightmare. Over 20 voicemails left for various employees, equally as many emails sent, and we have not received a single reply from any of them. We did have one helpful employee named Jack who helped us get some of the information, but he was informed incorrectly about how the warranty cancellation was supposed to happen, so we are back at it again trying to get this information. Jack has done all that he can to help, but we are trying to get information from the finance department, and that is like pulling teeth AFTER it has been approved by a unanimous act of Congress. All we are asking for is some communication and verification that things are being taken care of. Is that so much to ask for? More
Overall Service review I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra from this dealership and I had a problem with the transmission or so I thought it was I brought it in to the service dep I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra from this dealership and I had a problem with the transmission or so I thought it was I brought it in to the service department, where they told me this was normal for a 2014 sentra, I did not know any different because I have never owned a Nissan, it still doesn't shift right to me, but I am not bringing it back in for them to tell me nothing is wrong with it. They didn't have the paperwork ready the day I went to pick my car up after them keeping it a week, they told me they would send me the paperwork and I to this day have never received the paperwork.. Also I found a mark on the middle part of the trunk of the car and took it into the body shop and the gentleman there told me What kind of tree do you park under? I never park under any trees. He told me to bring it back and he would have one of his painters look at it. He made me feel very unwanted.... The same day I purchased my car, my husband and I also helped my daughter buy a 2014 Cube. I have purchased a used vehicle from this dealership also less than 3 years ago. I will never purchase from this dealership again. More
Last used vehicle we will be buying from John Lee Nissan On April 29, 2014, my husband and I purchased a used 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 from John Lee Nissan. The truck had just a little over 100k miles on it but On April 29, 2014, my husband and I purchased a used 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 from John Lee Nissan. The truck had just a little over 100k miles on it but seemed to run great and we were told all of their used vehicles go through rigorous inspection. Here we are 4 months later and have only put 1,980 miles on the truck since we've had it and the transmission is gone! I called the dealership and they offered to run some diagnostics on it for free. After running diagnostics, we were told it was indeed the transmission and it needed to be replaced. The price, we were told to replace, would be $5,200.00, but they would do it for us under the circumstances for around $3,800.00!! We contacted a local transmission shop and the price we were quoted there was quite a bit less than $3800.00! I understand the vehicle was sold "as is" but for the purchase to be less than 6 months ago and for us to have only put 1,900 miles on it, I feel like the transmission should have been replaced by them at no cost! This is the third vehicle we have purchased from John Lee and it is now the last vehicle. More

Service Review I purchased my Nissan on December 31, 2013. I always service any car I own or lease at the times I am supposed to. I have had excellent service every time I have had my vehicle serviced. I could not recommend John Lee Nissan any higher. The people are friendly, they are quick and efficient. I have worked with many service people, but most recently with Ronnie Golden. He is an Excellent + Serviceman. I have been doing business with them for many years. You can't go wrong with John Lee Nissan/Mazda! More
