Ashley Welker, a service manager, has displayed the utmost professionalism toward me. She has gone above and beyond in the service of my vehicles. I have had an amazing experience in the past four years in the service of my three Nissans here. I appreciate her so much that I brought my BMW in for repairs through this dealership. Asley Welker is the reason I purchased another vehicle from John Lee Nissan. When my 2018 Nissan Rogue needed warranty repairs, Ashley made the necessary arrangements required. She called a wrecker, at no expense to us, to pick up my vehicle from my home. Then, knowing the repair parts would take few days due to the Corona Virus she placed us into a free rental car, a 2019 Nissan Rogue Special Edition. Alan Reece, a manager, was great from the beginning. He assisted us when my car was in service at the dealership and the car that I purchased was in their rental fleet. I drove this 2019 Nissan Rogue Special Edition during my warranty repairs. Wow, this dealership has the best cars in their rental fleet. Alan with complete professionalism walked me through this process as a VIP. I had the best experience in this purchase. He even gave me his personal phone number to assist in the event I had questions of concern. I appreciate him. Madeline Harper, a sales member, treated my wife and me with sincere interest in our purchase of the 2019 Nissan Rogue Special Edition. Maddy went through a thorough explanation of the car. All the vehicle points she mentioned just wanted me to purchase it quicker, so I could own and drive away in this vehicle. Pat Colbert, the F&I manager, was great in helping us get the finance needed. We appreciate him for helping us get a lower interest rate than originally quoted. We already knew Pat for he was our original salesman in our first purchase, a 2016 Nissan Altima. I had been looking at buying a new car since the beginning of 2020 and stumbled onto the John Lee Nissan website right around the time the pandemic hi I had been looking at buying a new car since the beginning of 2020 and stumbled onto the John Lee Nissan website right around the time the pandemic hit the United States in March. I fell in love with this black convertible beetle but, was not able to leave my house due to my autoimmune disease. I called the dealership to inquire anyway and I was connected with Reginald Neely in sales. Reginald is the sweetest sales person I have ver encountered! When I told him my situation he immediately told me that he would be more than willing to bring the car to me for a test drive. Not only did he h bring me the car to test drive but he did it on his day off. A week later, I was speaking with a very nice gentleman in the finance department finalizing my paperwork and later that day my new car was delivered to my house. The easiest and best car buying experience ever. I really feel like Reginald and John Lee Nissan care about how they treat their customers and their customer service is second to none! More
