unknowledgeable staff and refuse to make it right. Please train your staff better. Unknowledgeable staff, that will say anything to make sale. I bought car from them and was told my car was equipped with something after a few days of driving the car, I identified that the car didn’t came with it. I brought it up to the dealer and they all pretended that they didn’t told me that. I ask to speak to the manager but the manger refuse to talk to me. I request other incentives like 2 free oil changes but they refuse. I should know from the beginning that this place was make of crooks after at show them that they have a price discrepancy in their online website that what they trying to sell me to. It was almost 2k different. It took a battle for them to acknowledge the price. This is a place you cannot trust their staff. Make sure you do a research in the car before going over there. Unfortunately this is the only Nissan in PC. No recommend!! More

Sales representative Fensay Frazier greeted me at the front door and we began the vehicle selection process. I was interested in a Nissan Pathfinder. Fensay exhibited a great vehicle knowledge and willingness to take his time showing me what was available and answering my questions. During price negotiations, I felt like Fensay was on my side. Although I was interested in a new Pathfinder, I ended up purchasing a used 2019 Pathfinder that needed a software correction. Fensay introduced me to the service manager, Chris Lacy. Chris took a personal interest in the problem by driving the car and he turned it over to service advisor Dustin Diandrea to oversee the repair. Great team in the service department. Everywhere I went at John Lee's dealership, I found friendly and supportive employees. This means a lot to customers. Edward Seaman More
