Etoiel was amazing—up-front, honest, and never once pushed us into anything we didn’t need. She was friendly, helpful, and truly personable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like hers is hard to find! Even the finance department, which is usually my least favorite part of buying a car, exceeded expectations.
