No problem with sales department, but service department could careless if you bring in your vehicle for basic services. Made an appointment for oil change and basic check up. Show up for appointment on ti could careless if you bring in your vehicle for basic services. Made an appointment for oil change and basic check up. Show up for appointment on time but they act like we did not exist. It seemed that they where not happy we showed up. Was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait for a oil change with appointment..I pass and went down the road and had work done in 15 minutes.. Sorry Nissan service you lost my business. More
