This is a very dishonest place for servicing your car. My wife's 370z is a cream puff with only 30,000 miles and it is her baby. They stripped out the oil plug, and fixed it by putting blue thread seal and they also broke the plastic underbody, right below the drivers side door. I had them leave it on the lift so I could see what they did, and Mike, the Service Director, said I had no proof that they did the damage. I reported all of this to the General Manager, Erasmo, and he never called me back. What a poorly run company. As a business owner in Panama City, I will absolutely tell all of my customers about this experience, and how poorly I was treated. I understand when people make mistakes, but just fix it and move on. In the end, especially if other customers are treated so bad, this will catch up to them. My wife was also ready to purchase a new Z, next month, but IT WILL NOT BE FROM JOHN LEE!!! Also, all of my company vehicles that I bring in for service, that ended as of the date of this review! Spent $20,000 with you over the last 2 years! Good job Erasmo, way to grow your business! More

Ashley Hinds is FANTASTIC! ! I bought a 2020 Pathfinder in Texas. Less than 1000 miles into a trip my "New" car blew a gasket. John Lee Nissan was the closest dealer to me. ! From the minute I walked into the service department I was treated like a longtime customer instead of someone just passing through. Ashley and the service team worked with Nissan to make sure I was treated well. I seriously was surprised by how hard they advocated for me. My car ended needing to be in the shop for a while, Ashley and the courtesy driver made sure I had a rides to the hotel and Enterprise. I bought a 2025 Nissan Z from John Lee Nissan and had a very pleasant experience.
