Recommended with Reservation s Took in my Soul EV because the heater wasn't working. They didn't have the part in stock and hard to order it. Arrived to be told no EV techs work on Saturday. Rescheduled again. Work was completed. Two days later get a call saying I missed my appointment and they would like to reschedule? I mentioned to the gal calling that they were unorganized, and she blamed it on the upcoming move. I don't think changing buildings will fix business problems. That being said, once they had the part, the EV yech was working and I could get my car in, it went fairly smooth. More

Purchased! Met with Jonathon while walking around the lot. He was very nice, easy to talk to, didnt push us in to going to talk numbers, etc. He listened to what Met with Jonathon while walking around the lot. He showed us every feature in the car with intimate detail. Later after purchasing he did again as well. Robert who worked with us on the signing process was also the best I have ever worked with. He went over in detail anything we asked about, showed us demos of additional options. Felt like a long lost brother I was talking to, not someone anxious for me to sign and boot out of the office. Like Jonathon, Robert knew his stuff. Anything and everything we asked, including regarding our trade in, he knew on the spot. Very happy with our dealings at this location. More
First class experience from start to finish After doing a little internet research on vehicles, my wife and I decided to go see some of the new Kia's in person. My wife called and spoke with Matt, told him a bit about what we were looking for, and made an appointment to see him a few days later. When we arrived, he greeted us, reviewed what he remembered from the phone call, and began showing us vehicles. He did a great job of helping us narrow down the features we needed, and we finally settled on a 2018 Sedona. The purchasing process was simple and smooth, and everyone was extremely attentive to our needs throughout the whole visit. The best car - buying experience I have ever had, hands down! More
Clicking Noise for about 3 years I went to Roseville Kia for our full service and all point check for over 3 years. We reported a click noise when car would downshift coming to a sto I went to Roseville Kia for our full service and all point check for over 3 years. We reported a click noise when car would downshift coming to a stop and shifting back up from a full stop. They test drove and did an all point inspection during our service and could not find the noise. Now 3 years later seems to have a new staff in charge in the service dept. I told them about the click noise during shifting of the automatic trans. They said they will check. I seen the Mechanic when he came out and explained it to him. Guess what they found it was a loose bolt after 3 years. But now I was charged $150 because warranty ran out? Why couldn't they find it before? Was it me talking to the Mechanic? More
