Decent Service! I arrived at 7:55am for an 8am appt. Usually an oil change would be about an hour, but the service rep said an hour and a half, but I wasn't out unti I arrived at 7:55am for an 8am appt. Usually an oil change would be about an hour, but the service rep said an hour and a half, but I wasn't out until about 10am. So it took longer than I anticipated. They washed the exterior of the car, but it wasn't very clean! Not sure what kind of car wash they have!!! More

Service department sucks! Purchased my KIA (New) at dealership. Went in for warranty work told pulling is because all roads go off to right. What??? This was some serious pu Purchased my KIA (New) at dealership. Went in for warranty work told pulling is because all roads go off to right. What??? This was some serious pulling. Also, seat not correct. Was told I was getting in the car wrong. I am not a large (by any standard) women. Never heard of this. So nothing fixed. After my tires wore on the outside I was told I needed an alignment (sometimes the chains that pull the car on the car carrier it will pull it out of alignment. So an alignment and new tires later (which I paid for) that problem was solved. As for the other, NEVER!!! Heard KIA did not want to blemish the warranty department. Well that was not my problem. Do not go to them or Buy from them. Only went in to get my mileage verified. More
