I was told both times they would call me back regarding trade value and availability of a certain model. Never heard from them again. No phone call, no email. Nothing. I was a customer ready to buy, but they never followed through with their promises. More

Tires for this car (P225/45R19 92 W) are difficult to find in stock. They had them here. For $240 per tire (Dunlop) plus $20 per tire to mount/balance. Found the exact same tire at C&J tire for $174.99. Which includes mounting/balance and valve stem. Had to order them and wait a day to arrive but was worth it! More

I walked into the dealership with an agreed upon price and they couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. Given that I traveled over 100 miles to this dealer because they provided the best price around by far, I hope others will give them a shot at earning their business. I was so glad I did! More
Don't have time for their nonsense In this day and age, dealerships need to accept that we, the customer, have access to way more information AND our time is valuable. If I come in with In this day and age, dealerships need to accept that we, the customer, have access to way more information AND our time is valuable. If I come in with evidence I know exactly what I should pay for a new car and two appraisals showing what my trade-in is worth, why must we do the silly dance for 90 minutes? We played the foolish game on the price of the new car for a little while - you know back and forth slowly whittling down the price. Finally I was comfortable with the balance between them making a profit and me buying the car. Now it came time to value the trade-in. I told them if I am going to spend any more time with them they needed to be fair on the trade-in value quote. They just couldn't help myself and offered me $2,000 less than what it was worth and $1500 less than I got just 30 minutes later down the street after I walked out. I suppose it must work sometimes and the people act like they still have all the power. But sooner or later this is going to catch up with them. I decided it was sooner for my transaction. After I left them I did go to another dealership and in 30 minutes we had negotiated the price of the new car and the value of my trade-in. They made some money, I left happy (paperwork of course took longer), and neither of us wasted hours of time. More

I needed to pull off onto the shoulder The morning after service was performed, I was driving on the PA Turnpike when I noticed the hood fluttering. I needed to pull off onto the shoulder and push the hood down so it latched. My safety was compromised and I felt very vulnerable having to do this. When I arrived at work and called and left a message for the General Manager about this. He did not return my call. In addition, I was asked to pay for the labor involved in replacing the GPS -- a dealer recall. We purchased an extended warranty contract up to 100,000 miles. When I mentioned that I thought this was covered, the service representative checked and confirmed that it was covered. More
I purchased a car here 2 months ago. As I drove it home, the check engine light came on. The next day they told me they just replaced a couple vacuum hoses, and later I learned that they replaced the cataly the check engine light came on. The next day they told me they just replaced a couple vacuum hoses, and later I learned that they replaced the catalytic converter with a generic after-market one that was not suited for my vehicle WITHOUT TELLING ME. This means my check engine light comes on and stays on, until I can replace it with an appropriate one. Two weeks after I purchased it, they replaced the engine with a junkyard engine. They had the car for over two weeks, and while they were working on it, they broke mass flow connectors, my side light, and cracked the windshield. They used an after-market engine and did not connect it properly which has cost me over $1000 to repair their mistakes. I had my car appraised today, and it is now worth less than one-third than what I paid for it, which I was told was directly related to the junkyard engine and the inappropriate catalytic converter. This is by far the worst customer service experience of my life. Their service department made me lose the entire purchase value of the vehicle and has refused to pay for the repairs due to their mistakes. I would steer very clear of this dealership and service department. More
Mid week I sent an email to get the internet price. Last Saturday ( had not fully decided) I decided to take a test drive. This dealer had the exact car that I wanted. I got my finances together with my Saturday ( had not fully decided) I decided to take a test drive. This dealer had the exact car that I wanted. I got my finances together with my bank, nothing firm, but knowing that I could afford car and could easily get it and had what per month for an amount it would be. I took the test drive and liked it a lot. I figured I'd see what they would give me for my old car ( I was thinkin about keeping it, but a good ( very) could have persuaded me otherwise.) The offer was insulting , they immedtly came up a bit, but then I said 'I'd just keep, you have help me make up my mind'. They put pressure to have me walk out with the car that day. I wanted to mull it over for a day or so. That night I decided to get it, Sunday I got the loan set up with my bank, called Monday morning and told them I was coming up that night to pick it up, several phones call back and forth to the day, everything seemed to be going well. Only when it was an hour from appointed time, when I was on the way up, the salesman called , told me car was sold. That night I found a car 90+ miles away, got a better deal. And yes I did get a car! PS the person I said I had contact with was internet sales guy, he was good, I threw away the business for the sales person and manager so don't know their names. More
I bought my Mazdaspeed 3 from this dealership back in 2007 and have been mostly having it serviced there. Basically, the draw was the free oil changes. NOT WORTH IT! I know they overcharged for basic s 2007 and have been mostly having it serviced there. Basically, the draw was the free oil changes. NOT WORTH IT! I know they overcharged for basic stuff but I hadn't needed anything major until recently and they were convenient so I trusted that they weren't really ripping me off. This past month, however, I took it in for an oil change and they told me they would do their standard multiple point inspection and let me know if they found anything. Well, of course they did. They said the rear shocks were failed, the brakes, front bushings, an axle seal and a strut. Oh, and they wanted $30 to fix the license plate light! $1,200 total for a free oil change. Well, I didn't go for it. Mostly due to the fact that they had replaced the rear shocks less than a year and a half ago and *didn't believe me* when I told them this! I had to show records and when I went through them I noticed they'd been charging me $30 every year I got my state inspection for a xxxx license plate light! It's an LED and should last the life of the car! When I called them on the shocks they had no explanation for them being out again so I had a friend who is a mechanic look at the car. Well, most of what they said was wrong with the car wasn't. And the shocks were just fine, as were the bushings. Took it to another mechanic and they fixed the axle seal and strut after doing a full inspection of their own and finding *nothing* else wrong with the car. I am never taking my car to these people again, EVER! More
They made a mistake and overcharged me. These things happened and if it could have been resolved politely within 1-2 calls I would have been fine with it. It took 8 calls to fix, I was literally one cal happened and if it could have been resolved politely within 1-2 calls I would have been fine with it. It took 8 calls to fix, I was literally one call away from giving up and contesting the charge with my credit card company. It's good service but if this is the way they handle a mistake it's not worth my time to go back. More
