Ethan was great! I bought my first new car (Mazda CX 5 Touring) yesterday from Ethan at JK Mazda. I had done a bit of shopping before coming to John Kennedy and I can I bought my first new car (Mazda CX 5 Touring) yesterday from Ethan at JK Mazda. I had done a bit of shopping before coming to John Kennedy and I can honestly say, I had by far the best experience at John Kennedy. I was confident that Ethan was honest and working hard to get me the best car in my budget, for the best price. They weren't sleazy like the other salesmen down the road. The process was seamless, the staff was friendly and personable. At the other dealerships, the sales people would speak to my father even though I was the one buying the car, but Ethan made sure to speak to me. He truly went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted, including having a colleague drive the exact car I wanted to Plymouth Meeting the same day so that I could drive away with my car. Most of the costs that were extra at other dealers were built right into the (lower) cost of my lease at JK. I have already recommended Ethan and John Kennedy Mazda to 3 friends who are in the market for a new car. More

Disapppointed Bought a car during the crazy year-end season. Did not hear for the sales person until the 11th hour (a sales tactic, I'm sure). Finally agreed on the purchase over the phone. 2 days later arrived to pick up the car, which was transferred from another lot, and it had extras on it that I did not want/order/agree to. But I was forced to pay for them anyway. It's not the $, it's the principal. Not very honest, in my opinion. I will not return or recommend to others. More
