I put a $500 deposit down with my AMEX card on a 2009 MAZDA 3i, which was listed for $7,500 and I negotiated down to $6,300 (VIN:JM1BK32G79123657 I put a $500 deposit down with my AMEX card on a 2009 MAZDA 3i, which was listed for $7,500 and I negotiated down to $6,300 (VIN:JM1BK32G791236571) last night at John Kennedy Mazda only go get a call from the Salesman (Frank Lynch) this afternoon telling me that there "was a mix up and that they sold the car to someone else this morning"! I then spoke with the GM (Dean) he too fed me the "sorry, it was a mixup, I feel badly B.S. line, blah blah blah). The car was supposed to be a surprise for my 16 year old daughter. I even had an appointment to pickup the car and pay the balance in full this evening at 7:30 pm. Do not trust these guys, their word is not their bond. They are LIARS and DISHONEST CHEATS and it's clear that they were able to sell the car to someone else at a higher price. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and hope the good people who pay attention to reviews on Yelp will do the same after reading this. More

Although I wasn't a previous Mazda owner, I was fairly determined to purchase a Mazda.6 after determining that it would be best suited for what I wa Although I wasn't a previous Mazda owner, I was fairly determined to purchase a Mazda.6 after determining that it would be best suited for what I wanted to fulfill. During my travels, I passed John Kennedy Mazda of Conshohocken, and decided to stop in. I wanted a 6 speed manual transmission, which greatly limited the choses for immediate availability, depending on my interior and exterior color preferences. The sales assistance was enthusiastic and caring, but not at all "pushy"! Nothing was immediately available, but with the perseverance of the sales associate, we found the one I wanted had just left from the manufacturing facility overseas for the U.S. It was probably 8 weeks away from me becoming the owner. The price quoted was where I expected it to be, with no "back-and-forth" hassle! Didn't necessarily expect to be leaving the dealership that day having put a deposit for a car 8 weeks away, but I did, and haven't regretted having done so. I checked in twice during the interim to check on the arrival status, and was always taken care of by Dave, "DJ", and Mark (manager), with enthusiasm. Upon the car arriving, I got a call, and went the next day to wrap things up. "DJ" processed the final paperwork, answered the handful of questions that I had, went over fundamental car features, and purchase was complete. I'm glad I stopped into John Kennedy Mazda that day, for my purchase experience couldn't have been better! And the car is awesome! More
