I’ve had to get work done on my car multiple times and I’ve had it for less than a year. Every single time I ask for a loaner vehicle so I have a way to get to work. This would be the second time for this problem and all I get, has far as setting up a time to have it looked at is attitude. What I got was a woo as me story for there take or leave it approach. Have leased all our cars from them, so where is the Mazda loyalty they state they have. Very disappointed on this dealership and there inflexibility. More
Update: The dealer stepped up in a big way and found the part my daughter needed to get her CX-5 back on the road. We really appreciate John Kennedy Mazda going the extra mile to service her new car given t part my daughter needed to get her CX-5 back on the road. We really appreciate John Kennedy Mazda going the extra mile to service her new car given that the shortage of catalytic converters is a nation-wide problem. This was not an easy problem to solve and the dealer put in the extra effort to remedy the problem. We appreciate the good service and would recommend this dealer. Update: the dealer has provided a loaner and has committed to finding my daughter the catalytic converter that's needed. Happy the dealer has stepped up to help out and I plan to update this review based on her experience once her car is on the road again. My daughter bought a new CX-5 4 months ago. Her catalytic converter was stolen (this is a big problem these days) and they say you cannot drive the car without it. They have 0 replacement parts and will not allow a universal catalytic converter to be used temporarily without voiding the entire warranty. And, they won't have a replacement for 4 months. Basically, the car is un-drivable and un-fixable until the new parts arrive from Japan in about 4 months without voiding the warranty. More
Been a Mazda customer for many years. Had a 2011 Mazda Cx9 with 87k miles have a water pump failure that apparently ruined the engine. It's apparently a common issue on this Ford designed engine. The dealer did not care at all and said it would be $11,000 to repair. They threw me aside as a customer and the sales manager never got back to me after 1 phone conversation. So I am stuck with a dead engine on a vehicle that was maintained and only had 87k miles. Garbage manufacturer, garbage dealership. Don't ever buy a ford or Mazda again. Thieves. More

Above and beyond help in the service center I went into the dealership last week to replace the battery in my key fob and Francisco in the service center was extremely helpful!. My car had not I went into the dealership last week to replace the battery in my key fob and Francisco in the service center was extremely helpful!. My car had not started that morning and the customer service representative from Mazda had suggested that I either replace the battery in the key fob or get a jump start for my car. Luckily after waiting about 20 minutes and playing with the door locks on the key fob, my car finally started. That afternoon I was able to drive to the dealership and was introduced to Francisco. I explained to him what had happened and he told me that if that were to ever happen again, I could in fact use the key fob to start the car by holding it next to the start button. I have leased 3 Mazdas with the push start feature and never knew this information. I was even more surprised that the CSR from Mazda didn't share this information with me. I am very grateful for Francisco's kindness and the information he provided! More
