Good Buying Experience My buying experience purchasing a 2019 Jeep Unlimited Sahara was very good. I secured a loan with a financial institution. I then contacted the dealer My buying experience purchasing a 2019 Jeep Unlimited Sahara was very good. I secured a loan with a financial institution. I then contacted the dealership, made an appointment for a trade-in estimate, took a look around the lot (I knew the vehicle in their inventory prior to arrival via their website), took a test drive in the desired Jeep, and received an breakdown of the net price of the vehicle (MSRP less dealer discounts less trade-in value plus the usual added expenses). All seemed in order (though I wish I had inquired about/negotiated the trade-in, which seemed a bit low; I researched the trade-in value, too, prior to my appointment). I had the check made out for the quoted net price, and returned the next day to complete the transaction. The sales representative, Krystal, was friendly and efficient, and no high-pressure sales tactics. Other employees were cordial and engaging, too. Based on my observations, the organizational culture is one in which employees enjoy the environment and their work. Overall, a good buying experience; one that will very likely bring me back when I am again in the market for a new vehicle. More
