I have never been more upset with a dealer. Excuses and arrogance every time I am at the service department. Nothing but problems with the vehicle. arrogance every time I am at the service department. Nothing but problems with the vehicle. More
Jennie was by far one of the best car sales people I have ever worked with. I did not spend my entire day in the dealership waiting to speak with a sales manager, only to haggle back and forth over price. I gave Rachel clear parameters for what kind of vehicle I wanted and Jennie had options ready for me when I arrived. The finance manager, Tyler, was great as well. The finance process was streamlined and efficient without the cumbersome final sales pitch. My only negative remark: they do not fill the gas tank upon delivery. So your first stop will be the gas station after financing a couple grand. Literally my only drawback, but all things considered a significantly more pleasant experience than most other dealerships. If you are looking for a dealership that will not waste your time, Elway Chevy on Broadway in Englewood is definitely the dealership to trust. And tell Jennie, Derrick referred you. :-) More

My family and I were recently in the market for a Chevrolet suburban, we were deciding between the 2020 and 2021. During our search, most online salespersons were fairly helpful with two notable exceptions. John Elway Chevrolet and Emich Chevrolet, both in the greater Denver area. At EMICH Chevrolet, I had two issues: 1- Could not get a salesperson to confirm inventory from the online list of available cars. I did not want to drive, during these times, if what I was needing to evaluate was not present. Not a big deal, but frustrating. 2- Once I arrived at the dealership to confirm availability, I wanted to consider other vehicles. Another salesperson helped me locate vehicles, built then proceeded to lie to me about the availability of the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was on EMICH Chevrolet’s overflow lot but had JUST BEEN sold and was now unavailable. a. In reality this was a lie. The vehicle was sitting, available on a lot of a competitor. That competitor was unwilling to do dealer trades, therefore the vehicle was unavailable to purchase from EMICH, but the vehicle was NOT unavailable, in fact, it is still available as of this review. Now, on the surface this may not be a huge thing. But to me integrity is HUGE. It is very important. I am trying to teach my 6 and 7 year old’s integrity (by the way EMICH, thank you for providing me such a great opportunity to teach my young children such a great and shining example of EXACTLY what poor integrity and dishonesty look like) if a salesperson cannot give me accurate data to make a very large purchasing decision and that salesperson flat out lies to me in an effort to solely land a sale, even when they know I am interested in other products that are available, well that is just dishonest. Therefore, I choose to not do business with you. Valid way to do business? Probably, best way? Not to me! While it is hard to put on paper for me how egregious this was, it was upsetting enough that I actually contacted another dealership to dealer trade for the vehicle I wanted so EMICH would NOT GET MY SALE! How bad must my experience have been for me to actually arrange a dealer trade from one dealer to another for the sole purpose of not allowing them to have the credit for a sale? Pretty darn bad! THANK YOU, JOHN ELWAY CHEVROLET, FOR BEING HONEST, HAVING INTEGRITY, AND HAVING MY FAMILIES PRIORITIES AS YOUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN! EMICH CHEVROLET, SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING ME IN A POSITION TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH SO MUCH EFFORT TO PREVENT YOU FROM GETTING MY HARD-EARNED DOLLAR. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR DEALERSHIP! HOPEFULLY GM TAKES NOTE OF YOUR DISHONESTY! More

Along with the rest of the staff, Henry was polite, friendly, non-pressuring, and appreciative of my business with John Elway. I cannot emphasize enough how nonexistent the pressure to buy was. He never pressured me into a new or more expensive vehicle. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, honest about the vehicle condition (which was exactly how he described). I was given his personal phone number which he even answered on his days off. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on during my drive home after purchasing the vehicle. Henry was quick to resolve the issue, and ensured I would be taken care of. He was extremely flexible and accommodating during the whole process. I was issued a rental vehicle until mine was repaired (at no cost to me) which was comparable to the one I had purchased but only had 5000 miles on it! I feel like I was treated the same as a customer who purchased a new vehicle. Overall, I had a great buying experience and I would absolutely buy another used or new car from him in the future. More

Very pleasant experience and they made me a good deal Connor was a pleasure to work with. I looked at several models of the Bolt to get a car I would be happy with. He even got an overnight test drive for me to sell me on the car. Gabriel, the sales manager, was very nice and even got me a better discount at closing. I would recommend John Elway if you are looking for a Chevy. More

Wow! Just Wow! Unbelievable I don't even know where to start. I am so flabbergasted. I found a car I liked on Car Guru. They got me in touch with John Elway Chevrolet on Broad I don't even know where to start. I am so flabbergasted. I found a car I liked on Car Guru. They got me in touch with John Elway Chevrolet on Broadway St. After extensive research on this vehicle, I decided to buy it. I went to the dealership and the buying process was quick and easy and great! I was given all necessary documents to sign and was given the CarFax which showed nothing at all was ever reported or wrong with this car. I was also told about, and signed a document regarding a 60 day warranty that Elway Chevrolet was putting on this vehicle. The car already came with the rest of the factory warranty , which was about 40,000 more miles. This was a 2018 Hyundai with roughly 26000 miles on it. I bought the car on a Tuesday night. By Thursday night, the check engine light came on. I took it back to the John Elway dealership on Friday and was told the #4 cylinder tripped and this made the check engine light come on. It was no big deal they said. Even told me to put the high grade gas in it next time I fill up, to clean out the gas lines, I suppose. I was told it was a "grandma driven car" which means I should drive the xxxx out of it to blow out anything in the gas line that would have made the #4 cylinder trip. And the next time this happened, which it wouldn't for a while, then make an appointment with Hyundai and take it in to them. RED FLAG....but I thought I had a 60 day warranty with Chevrolet?? Why couldn't they fix the issue? Because it would cost them money, is what I was told when asked that question. I leave the dealership thinking all is fine with the world. I'm about 25 miles down the road and the temperature gauge is moving higher and higher until the alarm goes off that my car is overheated. I pulled into a gas station as the needle is rising, call my husband and he comes out to look at it. Seems the radiator hose wasn't connected (keep this in mind). I called Chevrolet several times and they contacted Hyundai roadside who informs them and me that the warranty does not cover a tow and I would have to pay for this out of my pocket. I contacted Chevrolet who offered to have their guy pick up the car. Nice, thank you. 2 days later, Huyundai contacts me to let me know the engine is blown, there is anti freeze in the motor. AND did I know that there is an after market radiator on my car and the paint in the front doesn't match??? Did I know?? I signed a Car fax that told me nothing was ever wrong with this car. And that day, when the mechanic put his machine on to see why the check engine light was on, I was reassured that he checked all hoses and lines and everything is great!! But he missed that a radiator hose didn't fit?? A week later I learn that Hyundai will not cover the cost of a new engine because there is an after market component on the vehicle!! Chevrolet won't cover it, although I have a warranty with them, because it costs too much. I drove the car for 2 days!! 2 days!! Chevrolet agrees to let me get into a different car BUT only what THEY want me to buy. I had 2 options on cars and I liked neither one. Why can't I choose what I want to drive?? Why are you pushing me to buy one of two cars?? Later that night, I find out that my credit was dinged 21 times!! TWENTY ONE times! Dropped my score by 150 points!! I had no choice BUT to purchase one of the two vehicles from them. No one else would take my credit score now!! When I questioned why I could only choose from two vehicles on their lot, I was told because my apartment complex just happened to have reported me that day for an issue. Hmmm... I live in a house that I own and I haven't lived in an apartment in 20 years. I got my trade in car back and refuse to purchase a thing from John Elway Chevrolet on Broadway St A month later, today, I get a notice from Car Gurus that the 2018 Hyundai with roughly 26000 miles on it was sold. WOW. More

*** Buyer Beware ***I bought a 2016 Ford Edge here and *** Buyer Beware *** I bought a 2016 Ford Edge here and everything was good till after the sale. During the test drive the Sync 3 was freezing up and *** Buyer Beware *** I bought a 2016 Ford Edge here and everything was good till after the sale. During the test drive the Sync 3 was freezing up and my salesmen said it just needed an update and they would have that done but it had to go to a Ford dealer. I bought the car and a few weeks later I finally got an appointment with a Ford dealer. They did a diagnostic on it to find out that the Ram was damaged by someone who tried to do an update not by a ford dealer. The Ford dealer called me to tell me it was going to cost $1500.00 to fix and that John Elway Chevrolet was only going to cover the diagnostic $180.00. I called John Elway and I was ignored by the sales department and the service department after calling numerous times I gave in and went to John Elway to find out why. I get there to have my salesmen open the door for me so I asked what was going on and he had me take a seat and wait for the sales manager. The sales manager only wanted to find a ways to get out of paying for any of the repair instead of helping me. After disputing for an hour he decided to cover half. So before my first car payment I had to pay almost $800 for a repair on a car that they sold me. I personally would avoid John Elway Chevrolet at all cost. More
