We had an awesome experience at John Elway Chevrolet! Our sales representative, Henry, was the best! He was patient with us as we were traveling from Wyoming to pick up a car we found online. Henry had the car ready for us when we arrived and immediately took us on a test drive. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He made the entire experience seamless for us. With Henry there, you have a customer for life!

At first this was going to be a terrible review, but the sales manager Jason Somers saved his dealership. I won't give all the details, but here is the basic: I offered a fair price on the vehicle I wanted, the salesmen said "impossible". We settled on 500 more and I bought the vehicle. Two hours later I get an email informing me of a price reduction on the vehicle I just purchased! And it was less than the offer I was told was impossible!! You can imagine how steamed I was. Calls and emails to the salesmen were unanswered. I went back to the dealership the next day and talked to Jason Somers, the Sales Manager. He saw right away what a bad move that had been by the dealership, even if it was unintentional. Jason immediately made an adjustment and refunded me the 500. I can't give 5 stars since I should never have had to go through this, so John Elway Chevrolet gets 4 stars, but Jason gets 10!

The very best car dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. At 65, I've purchased a few cars, and the team at John Elway Chevrolet is the most professional and personable group I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I genuinely had a good time buying a car...not many people can say that! My sales specialist, Amine did all the footwork, research and work for me, taking videos of cars that might be a good match, and then looking for other options until he found me the one that had all the features and I wanted. By the time I arrived at the dealership, my perfect new ride was ready to test drive. When I asked if they had a model with a sunroof on the lot...Amine tracked one down immediately. Incredibly impressive, personalized service! They gave me top dollar for my trade in, and the Finance Manager put everything together quickly and professionally. Any and all questions I asked were answered with clarity and complete transparency. I drove home that day with my new Chevy Trailblazer RS, complete with a Panoramic sunroof, AWD, incredible Bose Sound System, Turbo, and all the other features I wanted in my new vehicle. John Elway Chevrolet gets a perfect 10 on my review. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, including friends and family. What a terrific team of dedicated professionals.

Buy a car and then I had Russell, who was an excellent service guy. Once he left all the service people don’t give a crap, horrible service, horrible attitude. I will make sure everybody knows how much they suck.

I just have to say I’ve been very disappointed in their service. I brought over an old Astro with an appointment and they were just supposed to look at it and tell me if it was worth keeping and they haven’t even looked at it. It’s been over 10 days I’ve gone over there to ask what’s the updates? I’ve called and they haven’t responded. Terrible service.

In my experience, this dealership sells junk cars!! I purchased a 2024 in January 2025 with 5k miles and the car has been in the shop twice, going on 3!!! First OnStar needed to get reset, then the fuel door had issues and now the engine has issues!! Stay away from John Elway because they GAF about customers and will lie to your face!! I give the GM a negative 10 along with his dealership! They will ghost you after you buy a car and it has issues! Worse than a car lot on Colfax!! They lie about everything to get you to buy the car!!
