Melissa took the time to find just the right car for us and let us know when it came into the dealership. She was kind, patient, and answered all our questions, and get us a really good price for our trade-in and on the Dodge Charger that we ended up purchasing. Chris, at the time when we were purchasing the car, worked in the sales department and was also kind, patient, and answered any questions we had regarding the paperwork he did to help us purchase the Dodge Charger. Chris continues his great customer service now in the service department and helped everything go smoothly when we brought our Dodge in to get serviced. Thanks to them both, we left happy and satisfied. Melissa and Chris did an awesome job in making our experience at trading and buying, the best that we have had so far. I highly recommend Melissa and Chris to anyone who wants to have the experience that my husband and I did!! :) Thank you both so much!! More

I felt like she was a close friend when I drove my car off the lot. My past experience buying a car was horrible and I thanked everyone I saw for being so professional. I just filled bankruptcy so the past few months had been stressful. I was put at ease by how stress free the car buying process was at John Elway. I was able to walk out the door with 0 money down and a affordable monthly payment. I'm going to make on time payments so I can rebuild my credit. More
Too busy, started decent but went south quick I went here because it was convenient to my plans that day. Service center wouldn't call back. Ninety mins later phone operator says GM wants to see me, come back. He offers lame excuse as to why car is worse after picking it up, hoping I'll buy it. They grossly incorrectly measured tire tread depth. Just because they keep it for days and "3 people drove it" means NOTHING. You know, if they'd respectfully called back or been honest about messing up I would've been understanding. Even left a message for owner but he apparently doesn't think it even warrants a callback. If they'd only manned up and simply communicated or answered simple questions without condescension and games then I would've just wrote no review. Bradfield was the only good one who was straight up and helpful. April, Bob, and Brian P. were very nice. Eventually I realized that they'll never re-create the noise..you have to do it for them. Now I get it but not until hours of research online and lots of frustration at their lack of communication. They should just have a bobble head doll that when you push a button it says "That's a known issue but there's no fix!" and "We drove it and it sounded fine!" and "It's not a safety issue". You know, the GM and customer experience manager ASKED for my input, so I gave it in an honest respectful way. All I wanted in return was the same treatment. Then I let my frustration with them allow me to ask "Did you treat my car like it's your own?". Of course that was ignored too. More
excelent staff!! I was reticent about selling my truck to a dealer...I'd tried all the individual alternatives, Craigslist, posters up everywhere, etc.... I tried another John Elway in town, my fears were confirmed... BUT Melissa, a Pre-owned Purchasing Agent, went out of her way to keep in touch with me while (as she knew) I tried my heart out in other ways... I finally came back to here because of her friendly persistance!!! She managed a very good purchase price! I was very happy with her friendliness and integrity!!! I highly recommend her!!!! More

I saw online, a low mileage one owner Chevy Silverado 4x4 at John Elway and inquired about it on a saturday. After talking to Blake and getting some general information about the truck, I spoke to the sales manager, Joshua Betancourt. He assured me this was a good truck and being a 98', if it wasn't such a good truck they wouldn't have it for sale, they would've wholesaled it out. I trusted that advice and agreed to buy it sight unseen. Joshua held it for me and I flew out to Denver a few days later. Joshua had a salesman, Justin Alvidrez, pick me up and bring me to the dealership. We talked football during the ride over and he was pleasant to work with. Once there I was in and out in about an hour which I appreciated since I had a six hundred mile drive back. While I was at the dealership Joshua called Justin to make sure I was picked up and to see if everything was fine. It was Joshua's day off and most people wouldn't take the time to follow up like that. I thought that was impressive. Anyway, the truck as advertised and it drives like a new truck. It was safety inspected, all the fluids had been serviced, and it had new BFG tires. I drove it back home with the A/C on, and no problems. This isn't my first car deal but it is the first time I've ever wanted to write a recommendation about my experience with a car dealership. I was treated good and the truck is really nice, and was priced fairly. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy from John Elway again. Thanks again guys! More
