Purchase of 2012 Toyota Corolla My Son and I were just browsing at John Elway Chevrolet as we waited for the completion of service on his car at a neighboring dealership. Zach Vaught My Son and I were just browsing at John Elway Chevrolet as we waited for the completion of service on his car at a neighboring dealership. Zach Vaught greeted us and eventhough it was obvious that we were not in the market for a car, Zach invited us to stay as long as we liked and offered a test drive in anything that caught our eye. He had to attend the 10:30 meeting and we said our good byes. We then wandered to the used car lot where I came upon a 2012 Toyota Corolla which I was mildly interested in. After a short time we departed. Later that afternoon, I contemplated the Corolla and gave Zach a call. He had been at the dealer since 8:00 a.m. and I arrived at 8:00 p.m. yet he was truly interested in making my buying experience a positive one. We test drove the car, and in a very short time came to an agreement on price. Zach went above and beyond in providing great service including buying me dinner! More
Shady shady dealer. Their words mean nothing. Would rate zero if I could. I live out of state (UT) and found a decent priced vehicle with John Elway. Because I live out of state, I could not go see the car right away. I put a deposit down on the vehicle that the dealership told me repeatedly was going to be enough to reserve the car for a week or so (first time I could get to CO to look at it). After a couple days, they begin demanding more money and threatening that the car will be sent to auction if I don't put more money down. I refused because I had not yet even seen the car, plus the original, agreed upon deposit was supposed to be enough to reserve the car (so they claimed). The day before I was going to leave UT for CO, I notice the car had been taken off their website. I had to contact them to get the news that the car had been sent to auction, they couldn't even be bothered to let me know that themselves. This is the first instance of them reneging on their agreement. After getting in touch with a manger, and complaining, I finally got them to agree to get the car back (at a discount for all the hassle). I left for CO immediately after that conversation. After a 9 hour drive and arriving in CO at about 3 am, I get a call the next morning (the morning I was going to look at the car) that the car had been sold already the night before. Again, they couldn't be bothered to let me know the car was sold, and wasted me time and money getting to CO. But more importantly, they AGAIN went back on their word. This dealership is the shadiest I have ever experienced. The will take your money and still send your car to auction. I cannot recommend STAYING AWAY from this dealership more. Their word is hallow, they will screw you over again and again. More
Run away, run away! If you need service for your car, do yourself a favor. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. We brought in my son's chevy for its 125,000 mile service a week ago. If you need service for your car, do yourself a favor. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. We brought in my son's chevy for its 125,000 mile service a week ago. Brakes, AC charge, fuel system check. Dropped off at 7 am. Actually had to call multiple times to find out when we were going to get it back. About 2:30 I was finally able to go get it. Dimitrius made sure I knew he had done me a favor by putting 2 tech's on it in order to get the job done by that time, cause he wasn't aware I needed my car back....? So $800 later, we left the dealership. A few hours later, we discovered we had a driveway covered in gasoline. Yes, they failed to put the parts in properly and a whole tank of gas leaked all the way home and all over our driveway. My husband immediately called the dealership and was transferred directly into a voicemail. When he called back he was told the service department was closed and we could call back the next day. Third call, and a couple voicemail boxes later, he was able to speak to a sales manager. Forgot his name but he's the only reason the dealership gets the one star. He got us a loaner so my son could go to work while they fixed the problem caused by them being paid to fix the problems. He also got our car towed down since we had no gas and couldn't put any in because it would just pour out. The next day, we called the service department. We were put in multiple voicemail boxes before we finally were lucky enough to talk to Dimitrius again. He was extremely rude but told us the car was done. My husband called to speak to the service manager Todd who told him he would look at the bill and see what he could do to make it right. I got to drive over and pick up the car. Dimitrius again! He pushed some paperwork at me and told me to sign off acknowledging a faulty part. That's it. No, sorry for the trouble. No, sorry your son could have been seriously hurt or worse from the trail of gasoline he left behind him driving home. No taking responsibility for their work. No customer service. Just sign. Of course I asked to speak to the manager who was.. Todd! He actually did say the words I'm sorry, and listened to my rant about safety and negligence and horrible customer service. He told me he would take a look at the work order and call my husband and work something out. It's been almost a week. Still waiting for his call. Bottom line, major safety issues, no acceptance of responsibility and quite possibly the worst customer service in town. There are plenty of chevy dealerships around. Find another one!! More

3500 Durmax and positive experience Extremly positive. Nathan our sales rep was very responsive. We had experienced less than favorable contacts at Medved and Mike Maroone. In fact, Extremly positive. Nathan our sales rep was very responsive. We had experienced less than favorable contacts at Medved and Mike Maroone. In fact, we even had a hold on a vehicle at Maroone that was sold. Nathan was the first sales rep that actually seemed that they wanted to sell a vehicle. He was responsive, energetic and follow-ed through. The same experience occurred with our product specialist Daryl. She knew the vehicle and provided effective instruction in a pleasant and expeditious manner. A+++ More

He stayed in touch giving us updates as we shopped around other dealerships but we kept thinking about the car he showed us., TJ took us on a test drive showed us the car fax and alerted us to other interested parties so we wouldn't lose it. He patiently answered every question and let our mechanic check it out so we would be confident of the car's condition. It passed with flying colors with worn wiper blades as the only defect.. TJ gave us money to get a new pair of wiper blades and also arranged to get a spare key made for us as it only came with one key fob. He helped program the bluetooth to my phone and gave us a thorough orientation so we would be able maneuver all the new technology on our car. He delivered on all his promises and made the buying experience a joy. With caring employees like TJ Nolasco., John Elway Chevrolet is a highly recommended dealership More
