On the day of the test drive, Donny called me and confirmed, then Jake called me back letting me know that even though I hadn't made an offer on the vehicle, they would hold it for me because this vehicle had quite a few people interested in it. When I arrived, everything was all set up for a test drive and the paperwork had already been started to ensure a quick, yet thorough experience.
