We went in to only look at vehicles and see what we would want and be able to do. When leaving we where approached, he asked us what we where looking at and we said the Jeep Cherokee. He asked us about our c want and be able to do. When leaving we where approached, he asked us what we where looking at and we said the Jeep Cherokee. He asked us about our current vehicle and said lets make a deal. In less than 3 Hours we left with a new vehicle, a lower car payment and a unbeatable car care package and coverage. It was not our intent to buy a car that day but they worked a deal that was just to good to say no! People where friendly and now one was pushy! Best dealer experience in this area hands down! More
I am from out of state, I bought a vehicle there and they completely screwed up the registration. The temp tag was about to expire and after six days of calls and several messages left I finally got a hold completely screwed up the registration. The temp tag was about to expire and after six days of calls and several messages left I finally got a hold of some one. They said the would overnite a new temp tag and correct the problem. Lie. This dealership is only concerned about the sale. After phone call after phone call no one will answer. Go to a differnt dealership. I buy a new car every three years and this was the worst buying experience of my life. More

I had gone to two other dealerships in the Palm Beach area. Both were unwilling to help me with my purchase. I work in sales and it felt as if both of those dealers did not want to sell a car. I would call multiple times and never would receive a call back. Then I called Joey Accardi Chrysler Dodge Jeep and spoke to Freddie. He was very courteous on the phone and answered all my questions. Upon my arrival at the dealership he introduced me to his GM Josh who personally handled my transaction. The quality of service I received from this dealership was unparallel. I cringe when I think of my buying experience at Joey Accardi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, not because the staff was unfriendly, but because I felt like my hands were tied at the time due to my situation. Normally I would never buy a Chrysler made vehicle, but like I said, at the time I did what I felt I had to do. Since purchasing my vehicle I have discovered that this dealership has just been putting on a show. The big façade shows a caring dealership that will help in any way they can with your buying experience. Really, all that matters is the sale. I found this out when I tried to speak with the person who sold me my vehicle. Not only would this person not talk to me, but pushed me off on someone I didn’t know, and didn’t know me or my vehicle purchase. Why would I want to talk to someone who didn’t sell me my vehicle? After attempts were made to contact this person I gave up. Actually, the only person who got in touch with me about my inquiry was customer service; at least they had the decency to tell me the person I made a purchase from wasn’t interested in talking to me. Needless to say, I received an email a few days later… It was from one of the salesmen asking me if I liked the quote he supplied, and if I wanted to schedule a test drive… For what? I didn’t get a quote, nor did I request a quote for anything, so what exactly would I be test driving? This solidified the notion that, YES, this dealership doesn’t care about you. Just the sale. I guess that’s business, but they won’t be getting mine, never again. I have 3 free oil changes left to use since my purchase, I’m actually going to PAY someone else to do it. I am literally going to pay $ so I never have to go back there again. Smiles, handshakes, and a made-up sense of security in a place that, in reality, gives you anything but. EDIT: In order to help with a customer improvement program I will list a few things about my customer experience (after the fact) that was not pleasant: 1. After specifically requesting contact information to reach out to my salesman, I was pushed off to someone who didn't even sell me my vehicle. 2. No one ever actually acknowledged my original salesman, and no one called me, or left a voicemail. 3. After several emails with Nikki in customer service, I decided that no one really wanted to talk to me, even after 6 emails asking for contact information or for someone to contact me, so I gave up. 4. 3 Days later, some salesman emailed me and asked me how I liked my quote, and if I wanted to take a test drive. Really? Hope this helps. More
