Terrible people Snakes or sharks whatever you want to call them. I'm an easy going buyer and didn't haggle I just found d a truck and signed. HUGE mistake with over 3k not including taxes in extra charges. You would think they'd like to take care of a guy that comes in knows what he wants and doesn't haggle. Nope they saw me coming and knew they could make extra money on me and now here I am after the deal is done paying an extra $3,000 for a truck. This is my first negative review I have ever written because of the type of person I am. Stay away from this place there's many other Dodge dealerships. this is the first of many reviews because I am just terribly upset and disappointed. My contacts were Greg and Jeff who keep telling me to come in to work this out. Never again lesson learned. More

But the guy Philip told me he can only give me a ride with a Uber home . I use my truck to work so I can pay my truck monthly.he told me he couldn’t do nothing about I told him that I payed before $250 for 2 years rental car because of this issue with my new car. I will never come to this dealer and I will make sure my friends know about this. More
Lacking Customer Service WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I went in for a simple warranty inspection & was told prior that it would only be 2 hours. When I got there I was confronted wit WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I went in for a simple warranty inspection & was told prior that it would only be 2 hours. When I got there I was confronted with at least a 6 hour quote time, plus their lunch time at noon. I drove over 30 miles to this dealer. The service agent did not seem to care about much, including taking care of customers. This is the 2nd time being fooled by this dealership & their misguided & misdirected management of people. Never again.. Please, if you are considering Joey Accardi, Don’t! Customers should come first, & they DO NOT at this place. Look at their low ratings.. I should have. More

He provided me with an excellent service so I feel very satisfied with my purchase and the use of my time and money. Buyer Beware We attempted to purchase a 2016 Dodge Hellcat that was in their showroom for almost two years. We called form out of town and spoke with Richard, a sa We attempted to purchase a 2016 Dodge Hellcat that was in their showroom for almost two years. We called form out of town and spoke with Richard, a salesman at the dealership who at first seemed more than helpful. We spoke of a price that was good, but soon Richard contacted me back with an even better deal. We were ready to move on it, and were told to submit a credit app. which was emailed to him. That is when things went dark. Calls to him the day after the App. was sent weren't answered, nor returned. Calling the main line, we would ask to speak with him, and when asked who was calling they would tell me that he was busy with a customer. Finally I spoke with a sales manager identified as Chris,who admitted that even though Richard had claimed that he was given the agreed price (Via text message), the price was not approved by the dealership owner. I was told that they would call back within the hour to tell me if it was approved. A short time later, I was contacted by John, who stated he was management, and he says that they can't sell the car, because it was already sold the Sunday before I called.(Which was the following Thursday) Not believing that story, I contacted them on Wednesday February 28.(A week after the original discussion.) to see if the car was available. I was told that the vehicle was just sold yesterday. I guess I find it unbelievable that the car that sat in their showroom for two years would be sold without the knowledge any of the sales staff. Then to be told that it was sold, and then it actually sold almost a week after. Who knows what the truth is, but in my dealing with car dealerships over the years, this was the shadiest. Maybe there are good people there, but my experience tells me otherwise. My advice to you is either steer clear, or not believe a word they say until you can get a contract in front of you. More
