Battery Replacement of $496.60. Takes service 1 Hour. Have been purchasing parts and service from this dealership for a couple years now with the business I own. Brought car in for service. Determined that the battery was bad which I had just bought outside of there. They threw away my old battery and refused to give me the core on it even though I just bought it for $300 a few months ago. Manager said 100% the old battery is bad but it had a warranty on it and I could have exchanged it FREE. Said "Says Bosch Batterys are horrible, Too bad we just threw it away like all the other cores." So basically having spent around $40,000 in parts with different vehicles there over the past 2 years with my business, I got stuffed with a $500 ticket that was a Battery Diagnostic and New Battery Replacement. Again, $500 was for a mechanic to look at the car and say it needs a new battery and replace it for $500. The battery was brand new in it and I could have got a warranty for free on it only paying diagnostic fees. Definitely a lazy lying diagnostic to bill me $500. I was never notified that my core battery was going to be thrown away and didn't receive my parts replaced. Nobody called me. I waited a month for this answer since the transmission mechanic was backed up and couldn't look at it. I drove by there for weeks seeing that the car hadn't moved. No problem continued to wait because I'm there all the time doing business with my other cars. Not anymore. Will not work with this dealership ever again and I hope anyone that reads this understands that a business that accumulates thousands of your dollars over time to lose future years of business over a $500 stuff in the face battery and diagnostic is not a business anyone should buy a car with, service your car with, buy a part or any business at all. The service is horrible and I will buy all parts from Arrigo 100% from now on since I have never had a bad experience with them in my life. Would recommend to other customers that have their replacement parts thrown away without authorization to report this to the Broward County Repair License, Florida Motor Vehicle Repair License and to Pompano Beach as formal complaints for theft. Posted pictures of what a $500 Battery looks like! Way better than a Bosch AGM 5 Year Warranty just thrown in the garbage! Thanks Accardi! More

Three weeks and still don't have my vehicle back My 2018 Jeep Compass (14,500 miles) was towed to the dealership to have the battery replaced. One day later, I was told everything was fixed and I co My 2018 Jeep Compass (14,500 miles) was towed to the dealership to have the battery replaced. One day later, I was told everything was fixed and I could pick up my vehicle. After driving less than a mile off of the lot, the vehicle began shaking, the RPMs shot up to 7,000, and the it stalled in the middle of an intersection nearly causing a three car accident. I was able to coast back to the vehicle, only to be told 'we'll be in touch.' In addition, they provided me loner vehicle with a quarter-tank of gas, completely dirty, smelling like a fast-food restaurant, and with the 'oil change required' indicator illuminated. During the past three weeks, I have been told repeatedly that 'we're just waiting on parts to be delivered to fix an electrical issue.' As if we live in a world we're FedEx and UPS don't have one-day delivery. Obviously, the battery replacement was not done correctly and no one even bothered to take the vehicle for a quick test drive - causing the transmission issue, along with the other electrical problems. However, after the second week, one of the manager's (Tony) finally called me and began the conversation by saying, 'Matt, I was handed a piece of paper with your name on it and someone told me to call you.' He had no idea of the situation, nor did he know that my vehicle had been sitting in his service department for over two weeks. During that conversation, he let it slip that the entire transmission was being replaced. That was a little more than the simple 'electrical issue' that I had previously been told. Today, after a total of three weeks, the service department informed me that they are still awaiting parts and that it will be at lease another week until my vehicle is ready. I have never heard of a car repair taking an entire month! I've even informed the manager that I would like to sell the vehicle and speak with someone about possibly leasing a Jeep Wrangler. A week after sharing that information with the manager and again toady with the service department manager, nobody from the dealership has even reached out to me to discuss making a deal. Safe to say, this dealership couldn't care less about servicing the customer nor even attempting to make up for this incredibly terrible customer service experience. Without a doubt, the worst dealership I have ever been to. More

He initially explained our lease options , ascertained our requirements and began to search on- site vehicles. None completely met our request. There was a vehicle at another location. Antar, the new sales manager,then met with us. He was welcoming and very professional , We discussed more options, ran more numbers and came to a positive conclusion. Antar was excellent to work with. Dwight, in finance, made that event move smoothly and as painless as possible. Dean came back went over the new vehicle explaining things and said comeback in a week with operating questions Overall, it was a positive experience and we will recommend the Joey Accardi dealership.
