Best Jeep dealership in my area I actually travel a greater distance than necessary to visit this dealership when my jeep needs service. I could go to one more local, but I found them to be a bit shady and untrustworthy... There was some confusion regarding the amount of oil changes left with my service plan. I had mistakenly paid for my previous oil change while still being owed a free one, and rather than request a refund, I agreed to just carry over the free one until my next visit. I was told it would be notated on my account. But when I went in the next time, no note and the guy I dealt with before was no longer with the dealership. Ultimately, these guys did the right thing, which I very much appreciate, and they didnt charge me for the oil change I already paid for. But it was a bit of confusion at first, and I had hoped that there would be no confusion as I was assured on my last visit. All in all, though, these guys really are a step above the rest here in South Florida. Very comfortable waiting area fully stocked with complimentary refreshments while being serviced! Will definitely be back! More

I've had to make 5 trips to the dealership (25 miles roundtrip) since. Almost immediately I noticed warranty paperwork had wrong vehicle listed. Trip One. Then I got a hitch installed to find when I got home that the receipt showed my purchase and payment, but name, car, VIN different. Two more trips. I got Xylion protective coating applied. I had to call the company to do work on the body and the interior due to shoddy application. The body had water spots which would not come off because the vehicle had not been properly cleaned before the application of the coating. The leather was full of streaks and did not get better. Other sections were completely missed. These two issues were worked on by the company at my home, but two mornings off work for me. Then I ordered side running boards. When picking them up last week i noticed the box quite destroyed. Parts guy looked and said it was complete. I went home as an out of town visiting friend was going to install but we immediately found the side rail had screws stuck in it and all parts boxes and bags had been opened. Another trip for another side rail but my guy was no longer in town. Joe parts guy had said typical install $225 but $200 since I bought car there. I asked them to work with me on install price as their damaged part caused me to lose my free install and cost yet another trip. Reed stopped just short of calling me a liar about the $200, Whooppee - he worked with me. Cost $199.99. Ouch. And today I just spent 2 hours cleaning hand marks, grease and fingerprints from all over the side rails, the fascia on lower car and the car, including steering wheel and console and hand smudges on windows. An overly messy install for sure. Again -- wonderful sales dept but unsupported by the rest of the facility. More

My Experiance The worst car buying experience I ever had. Richard the salesman was great. It was a used vehicle, lease or loaner or something, the "Manager" (Alton or Altar, I don't remember) tried to charge me more than the listing price. His sales approach was just that.. a salesman. talked condescending and always out to make more than the worth. Had to trade off a detailing (customer service) to get an extra FOB because he tried to tell me that the vehicle only comes with 1 FOB. It was such a bunch of car salesman BS. I would never buy from them again. I do not recommend them. Also, not checking the odometer reading when signing out, I assumed that they would not have lied about that, but sure enough, when i realized it, i was 500 miles over the sales reading when I am certain i haven't driven more than 100 miles. I like the vehicle, but I am certain I was sold. Not a good feeling. More

My service person, Stuart, kept in touch with me and got me a loaner car as soon as he found out my car was not going to be ready that evening. That was very helpful and much appreciated! Over sell Took my Jeep in for recall and oil change. 2015 wrangler with 13,000 miles. Advisor wanted to sell me a service program. Told him no. I get a call stating that while doing a tire rotation my break pads and rotors were 90% worn out. Why tire rotation? I didn’t want that. It seams they are more interested in up selling than doing requested work. Either Jeep is building a poor quality car or I was being oversold. This is my 7th wrangler and I never needed brakes before 35,000 miles. Might have to find another Jeep dealer. Very disappointed. More
Great service. I stopped in at 7:30 am for a oil and air filter change and tire rotation. I asked if I could wait for my car. They said yes. It took them less than an hour to get the work done and my car back to me. Their customer waiting area had refreshments and coffee and free wifi which allowed me to get work done while I waited. Overall, 5 out of 5. Thank you. More
