How is it acceptable that a service department doesn't answer the phone and the text msg service they send when you drop your car off is a wrong number? You call the main number and explain you can't get answer the phone and the text msg service they send when you drop your car off is a wrong number? You call the main number and explain you can't get answers from anyone, and they transfer you to a department that doesn't answer! Is this what customer service looks like now? I have been a customer for 20-plus years; this is deplorable service! I'm amazed they are still open! They hired a new service director and then fired him because he wanted to make changes and actually provide service. More
Their service department has 1 technician. ONE! For a dealership this size you’d think there’d be more. Anyway, I had my car towed in, spent $780 to get it fixed. As I’m leaving the lot, they ONE! As I’m leaving the lot, they told me the check engine light (which was not on when I dropped it off) would go off after 50 miles… 300 miles later it’s still on. Additionally I realize the horn is also not working. Dropped my car back off on Sunday & was assured they’d get it to the next day. By Tuesday I left 5 messages to get an update, no one called me back. Wednesday same thing. Thursday same thing! By Friday I drove up there and the service advisor Dane Walker said it’s being looked at now and should be done by end of day. Around 330pm Friday, Dane calls and say everything is fine, the car is safe to drive. The horn should be working, they checked it twice, but another issue was discovered and now they have to order a part… so the check engine light will still be on. I come pick up the car, order the part and drive off the lot. Two miles later I discover the horn still doesn’t work. I turn around and drive back to the dealership! I tell Dane the horn doesn’t work, he nonchalantly says it “was working when we tried it.” Dude really?! It was working an hour ago for you all but it’s magically not working for me now??? While I should have called him a liar- I simply say, “how can I trust that my car is safe to drive like you told me it was- when the very issue you said was fixed, in fact wasn’t?!” He just stares at me. I ask when the service tech will be in on Saturday, he tells me to come back in the morning around 9. I’ve been without my truck for over a week and no one can even tell me what they did or did not fix. Now, not only am I nervous about driving my truck, I don’t know if these people are even competent enough to fix it. So when I go in Saturday to see the tech, I will be asking to speak to the GM- this is ridiculous!! Stay tune! More

The only positive thing about this dealership was dealing with Carlos. He is a man of his word and a pleasure to interact with. The service dept on the other hand is an absolute disaster. They will keep it for days without even looking at the car. They do not have enough staff to handle the number of cars they take in and the result is extremely poor service. Flat out horrible. More
DON"T BY ONLINE. I just had a car delivered to me after signing papers. The car was sent to me filthy dirty. Stained seats,dirty inside. Moon roof has marks all over it and No Books ,owners manual and One key. I asked this salesperson if it was in the car and if it had 2 keys. He said yes.The sales person was Michael Biltmore. I asked him three times to make sure it is clean and all the books were in the car. Now i see why he took blurry photos. The third row back stow and go seat is missing the back panel when it lays down flat so all the metal shows. Tons of dog hair in food inside. The cigarette burn on the back seat. The burn in the back rug that is at least 8 inched long and 6 inches wide. he forgot to put that in the video he sent me. Just sneaky crooks. I asked them to pay to have it detailed where I am. ( Lets see what they say) Cant believe they sent this car a Chrysler Pacifica Limited with no owners manual. I took videos and sent it to him. I finally called two times the general managers. Only one responded. I will wait to see the outcome and post it. I may return the car or see what action I can take. This was deceitful. I know If I saw the car like this I would nver purchase it. They charge a 1,500 dealer fee for reconditioning. What did the do? Nothing. It came from Pompano to Sarasota. I paid the delivery. They charge the highest dealer reconditioning fee they try to charge it two times. if your not smart they get away with it for doing nothing. Run away from the place. The tires only have another 12000 miles left on them also. Some warning light is on and I don't have the owners manual to know what it or how things work in the car. This is the worse place and customer service. More
I had a very pleasant experience at Joey’s dealer. Ivan help us, and he was great to my family and to me. We had the better possible deal and drove out with a fancy and great Jeep Cherokee.
