Check Engine Light Was On I went to the service center because the "Check Engine" light was on. The entire process was seamless. My experience was not very good. Went in for an oil change and vibration issue. Vibration issue shrugged off as nothing. Said they test drove it and found nothing. I would take anyone for a drive in it and you can clearly see there is either a suspension issue, tire belt issue, or balancing issue. It literally shakes the coffee out of the cup in the counsel. No exaggeration. Now I have to bring it somewhere else. How a Ford dealership and service writer can just shrug off and issue is mind boggling. Very disappointed with the service department. More
