I had an issue with my 2019 F250. Engine light was on and hard starting. I contacted my service advisor Scott Sciaky at Rizza Ford. He was able to get me set up with an appointment quickly. The trouble was diagnosed by the technician Mark and my truck was repaired in a timely manner under warranty. Mark also did a recall service on my truck. UPDATE: After making this review Ford reached out to me directly to assure I had a loaner vehicle. I have had one the entire time and they are still working to resolve the issue. Tom is my new associate and has been very informative throughout the entire process. I’ll probably never get a Ford again after my experience I’ve had with them. I have been back and fourth to the dealership for the past couple of months for the same issue and nothing has came of it. I have routinely gotten all recommended service yet my check engine light comes on every other month. I took it it in late December to get fixed just to bring it back early March for them to tell me that the same issue was wrong due to a faulty part. To make matters worse, when I brought it back in March, they kept my car for 3 days and never offered to accommodate me for being without a vehicle the entire service period. After this encounter, I also failed to receive the customer service survey I routinely get after each service visit as well. Lastly, here it is April and my check engine light is back on now I’m having to take it back for service. The back and fourth and having to go to the dealership has me completely turned off from the brand as a whole! More
