Unhappy with the poor service I brought my lincoln in for service on the computer I had it in for 2 weeks I got the car back and nothing was fixed I had reached out to the general I brought my lincoln in for service on the computer I had it in for 2 weeks I got the car back and nothing was fixed I had reached out to the general manager he had said he would take care of this and he did not do anything. So I brought my car to Currie motors and in 3 days they had my car fixed the computer needed a new module. So rizza lost my business and my fathers business which we buy cars from rizza all the time. Good Work, Poor Communication I went to Joe Rizza to leave my 2016 Explorer for some warranty work. I live about an hour away, and I left my Explorer with them and was given a ren I went to Joe Rizza to leave my 2016 Explorer for some warranty work. I live about an hour away, and I left my Explorer with them and was given a rental from Enterprise. The service advisor called me back to the dealership to pick up the Explorer because it was going to be a 3 day wait for the parts to arrive. Once I arrived to pick up the Explorer, they revised the story saying the the parts would arrive the next day, so I should just keep the rental and leave the Explorer. I did just that. About a week goes by with no communication, and then one Wednesday morning I get a call out of the blue to come pick up the Explorer. It must be done today or otherwise the rental I have will start being charged to me. It was too bad they didn't get me more of a warning, because unfortunately I was out of town for work and couldn't get back that day to do the exchange. If I was given some more notice, I could have made arrangements to have the rental returned. Once I did pick up the Explorer, I found that it was left unlocked overnight in their parking area. The work done on it appears to have been done well. More
