I had a terrible experience with Roxanne Ford. We went the three times, first time we bought a used Ford Explorer and the a/c compressor blew in these then a month and the oil needed to be changed in less the three times, first time we bought a used Ford Explorer and the a/c compressor blew in these then a month and the oil needed to be changed in less then a month. Not only that but one of the tires had a slow leak that had to be repaired. We went back and bought a used Edge same issue with the oil and the brakes had to be replaced within 1k miles. We went there again as the Explorer had more than 6k of repairs (according to them) including the ac compressor again when I I brought it in for recalls. Spoke it took them 3 weeks to to anything with the car and I decided to speak with a salesman to see if I could look at different options. Set an appointment and it was a joke didn't want to offer us what the Explorer was worth but would not even agree on an employee discount with my company that is online. After telling them that it is their website I was literally told by the sales manager that I need to start trusting people(unbelievable). We continued to look at other dealers and ended up with a Jeep. Not even nay that when I asked for the keys to the Explorer they wanted to charge me over 350$ for doing nothing and when I asked to speak with the service manager he had the gall to call me son. When I challenged her m and told him I am a veteran and he has no right to call me son he backed down, but seriously terrible service, terrible used cars and terrible employees. More

Easily one of the best end to end leasing experience I've had in 25 years of leasing. From the initial internet inquiry, to the text/email discussions, to the dealership visit, everything was absolutely zer had in 25 years of leasing. From the initial internet inquiry, to the text/email discussions, to the dealership visit, everything was absolutely zero pressure. It probably helped that I was going from Lincoln to Lincoln on the lease termination but it was a great experience. I will say that I was able to overhear some other conversations with prospective customers and I heard great conversations, no pressure, real professionalism. My internet inquiry was handled by Joe in internet sales. When I got to the dealership, Mark (Sales Manager) introduced me to Jim Vertucci who was my guy in Sales (a real pro). Worked with Bob in Finance on the extras - again no pressure all the way through. I think I overhead Sarah Vargas speaking to customers - very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Layla Ismail is someone you'd definitely enjoy working with. This is where I'm sending my people. More

After finding what the problem was that caused one of our tires to be losing air, they stated that we needed to purchase a new tire. Since they did not have the needed tire in stock, they provided us a ride tires to be losing air, they stated that we needed to purchase a new tire. The service was good, but the vehicle broke down on me at the grocery store 2 days after purchasing it. The battery was fried and I had to get a new one. The first time I rolled the passenger side window down to talk to a friend, the weather stripping came down with it and I couldn’t roll it back up. The brakes were squeaking and had to have new brake pads put on within a week or two of having the vehicle. I bought a used vehicle, so I know it could have some minor issues, but all three of those were very embarrassing for purchasing a new-to-me vehicle. More
