I had an issue with my power steering on my 2019 F250 Super Duty. I contacted Scott Sciaky and scheduled an appointment within a few days. When I came in we discussed my concerns with the vehicle and a Super Duty. I contacted Scott Sciaky and scheduled an appointment within a few days. When I came in we discussed my concerns with the vehicle and also the time-frame to repair. Scott was polite and courteous as always. Scott called me later the same day and the problem was found and the parts would be in the next day. Timing was imperative as this truck is used for snow removal and the snow was forecast for the next afternoon. The next morning I received a call that the repair was complete and my truck was ready to be picked up! The service center at Joe Rizza Ford is indeed very professional. The place is clean and things ran like clockwork for me. I appreciate my needs being taken care of as always by Scott and Joe Rizza Ford. I would also like to thank Charles P. the technician who worked on my truck for doing an excellent job! More

Very bad experience. I had agreed on the price of the vehicle through email and phone conversations and came in to purchase it (drove 45 minutes from Indiana). The person I had worked with and was suppo vehicle through email and phone conversations and came in to purchase it (drove 45 minutes from Indiana). The person I had worked with and was supposed to meet there "had just left" for an "emergency" when I got there. When I saw the paperwork with the price, I noticed the vehicle was listed to have 3000+ miles on it. I asked and they said it was a Courtesy vehicle and that they should have told me that earlier and it had a rebate because of that. I showed them my paperwork that showed 113 miles on the car. This was dismissed as an error and I was told that they told me about it on the phone (which was a lie). I tried to negotiate a lower price due to the fact it was actually a year old with 3k miles on it and they refused. I got a 6 month warranty extension and a pair of all-weather floor mats thrown in. Since the price was still decent, I went ahead with the transaction because I needed the car to replace one that had died that week. Then it took forever to get all the paperwork done - almost 3 hours! One of the worst car-buying experiences ever. Typical sleazy car salespeople. More
