Other local dealership refused to give up vehicle and would not come close to pricing Rizza gave me. Bill recommended that I order the car. Ordered car. Gary rushed delivery and got it in less than 5 weeks. Gary not only held to his original pricing that he gave me for the in stock vehicle but also gave me new Ford incentive when I picked it up. After listening to all I had to say about the type of car I wanted, Tim showed me many options and then gave me the time and space I needed to make my decision. If I ever had a question, he was knowledgeable about all of the different vehicles and policies I had questions about. It was a truly pleasant experience selecting the car I wanted to leave with. Once we chose the car, Tim did a great job of working to find the right financing for my situation and was willing to put in a lot of time with my situation. Overall, he did a great job of making sure the whole process was comfortable and friendly. Buying a car is a big deal for most, and it helps to know that you can trust the people you are working with. It was evident to both my wife and I, that Tim was going above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Once we got to the financing stage, Hamde was able to walk us through all of the paperwork and contracts in a very thorough, yet easy to understand, manner. He made suggestions for our situation and was careful to explain the advantages and benefits of each. Ultimately, when he handed us our keys, we felt comfortable with the entire financing process. This was the fist time I left a dealership feeling comfortable with all the paperwork I had just gone through.
