It started to become very difficult to use the hatch at all, since the handle is part of the molding that was pulling away from the door. I took the car in to see if they needed to order parts, etc., expecting to have to make an appointment to come back at a later date. Earlier than expected I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The sales rep. said I had a recall that needed to be taken care of as well.
