I had excellent service from Ike and Bobby in the service de I purchased my car at Joe Rizza Ford they were staff was friendly my salesman I get the time was wonderful. Car wash I was in for a recall. I also needed rear brakes. Both jobs were done as promised. I was promised a car wash, wax and vacuum for my last service app I was in for a recall. I also needed rear brakes. Both jobs were done as promised. I was promised a car wash, wax and vacuum for my last service appt that took 2 1/2 hours. My car was washed. I had dropped it off at 4 the night before and picked it up at 4:30 the following day. Seems like the car was there long enough for the wax and vacuum as well. More

Oil Change I have my daughter getting married in 2 weeks and work full time. My car indicated I needed an oil change. On the same day my iPhone stopped working. I have my daughter getting married in 2 weeks and work full time. My car indicated I needed an oil change. On the same day my iPhone stopped working. In all of this craziness the one thing that went right was my oil change service. They dropped off the courtesy car at my place of business and due to a broken phone I didn’t know that they were trying to return my car to me. I drove to them and the oil change was done and my car washed. I love love love the service department and the staff at Joe Rizza. More
