I feel that I was misled and I had to pay for it! I initially took my escape for a recall and they put a band aid on it to fix it. After a couple of weeks it FAILED so bad that they had my car for 2 w I initially took my escape for a recall and they put a band aid on it to fix it. After a couple of weeks it FAILED so bad that they had my car for 2 weeks to put a new engine. 1 month later my car information stated ENGINE FAULT and I had to pay oop to get the car towed. After getting it to dealer they inspected and stated it was parts not related to engine work. I’m a woman and I was lied to at my expense because I need my car daily to go to work. More
