Unexpected Ike was a great customer service rep but the loaner car situation was bad. For one, I was supposed to go to work that day but I ended up not going. Ike was a great customer service rep but the loaner car situation was bad. For one, I was supposed to go to work that day but I ended up not going. I got to Joe Rizza at 7:30 but ended up getting out of there with a loaner at 9:00. Secondly, the rental place charges a hold fee and insurance to the customer. That wasn’t explained ifrom the start. I was disappointed in the loaner car situation. More
