Sarah set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. If all Ford dealerships had 5 Sarah’s, they would all run on optimum performance. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. This is not to take away from other sales people, but to stress the amount of trust I would encourage everyone to put into Sarah. She is the best! She was amazing and makes the process really smooth. She went above and beyond for me (and no doubt has and will for future customers) and she tries to help as much as possible. I will be back for sure for a second vehicle when needed! More

I started out at Zeigler in North Riverside. It was a horrible experience full of lies and manipulation and I felt extremely discouraged and resigned to the fact that I was not getting a car that day, bu horrible experience full of lies and manipulation and I felt extremely discouraged and resigned to the fact that I was not getting a car that day, but my parents wanted me to keep searching and we ended up going to Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park. We were greeted there by Dmitri Bowie, who listened to my needs. He had no EcoSports out on the lot, but he was determined to see me walk out of there with an EcoSport. He worked his magic and found an EcoSport in a different color, but with more bells and whistles. He brought me SIX ways of financing with Ford (Ziegler only showed me 1 Ford financing package and another bank financing package). He was completely transparent and friendly and my family and I felt even physically relaxed. Long story short, I walked out of there with an EcoSport in my price range. Even AFTER getting the higher quality warranty package, the price was still lower than any STARTING monthly price Zeigler showed me. Dmitri also gave me about seven times the discount that Ziegler offered me. Dmitri is also a funny guy and even though the car buying process is long (no one told me how long it was!) he makes good small talk. Also shout out to big Bob and smaller Bob, they both know what they are talking about and are complete professionals. I am now riding around in my EcoSport and I feel good about the process. I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge SEL to replace my 2011 Edge that was totaled in an accident. I decided to use the Costco purchase program and they suggested Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park. Based on what I told them I was looking for I met with Steve Lillie who showed me several cars. Steve was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the cars with no pressure. Once I selected the one I wanted, I arranged to come back later with my wife to complete the purchase. The paperwork and purchase took about an hour and we were on our way. A very good experience!
