Customer Service at it's best!!!! My daughters Volkswagon Passat broke down while she was shopping in Greenville. Being that she goes to ECU and is an out of state student, I needed a My daughters Volkswagon Passat broke down while she was shopping in Greenville. Being that she goes to ECU and is an out of state student, I needed a dealership to take care of car. I called Joe Pecheles Volkswagon and spoke to Tyler in the Service department. I can only recommend the highest in customer service from Tyler and staff in coordinating the car being towed to the dealership, and following through with all aspects of the repair, and calling me to update me with all the repairs. They get Five Stars from me for taking care of my Daugthers car, and being professional through the whole process. It's great that we have a Dealership that we can depend on for any future repairs to the car if they arise. Hands down...best customer service that I have had with a Dealership thanks to Tyler and the staff!!! More

Sales should have also been honest and said that lease agreement was not in my best interest. Don't let salesman lie to you to tell you that any negative equity "goes away and you don't have to deal with it anymore" (yes, that is exactly what was said). Lease is so horrible (thankfully, affording the payment is not an issue for me)that I am stuck in it until the end. Large part is due to Hyundai's HORRIBLE residual value compared to Honda or Toyota. I am so far underwater that I have no choice but to get through it, tell Pecheles Hyundai to then stick the car where the sun doesn't shine and go elsewhere. You know you have a bad situation when sales tells you they can do nothing. Amazing! Someone commented on my car just two days ago. I told them that yes, the car is beautiful, but don't ever buy a Hyundai and don't go near this Hyundai dealership and what happened to me (again, while admitting my own responsibility - being honest here, folks). Lady was driving an old Lexus. Told her my next one would either be a Lexus, Cadillac, Mercedes or BMW. More

Not at Joe Pecheles--the sales consultant we worked with (Anthony Sutton) continues to remember me each time I am in for service and he happens to be in the area. He always seems interested in how things are with my car and in general. That means a lot to a customer and it is a deciding fasctor when you are looking fro that next car. All I can say is that Anthony is the ultimate professional and Pecheles is blessed to have him. More
Purchased '06 tdi beetle 08/12, had to replace timing belt ($1000) in less than 3k miles according to vw service interval, not 13k as dealer stated. Found known beetle defects of leaking brake light and belt ($1000) in less than 3k miles according to vw service interval, not 13k as dealer stated. Found known beetle defects of leaking brake light and window motor within weeks. Called me at work after being told do NOT call me during certain hours 2 days before. Changed interest rate after agreement with salesman, changed price of service plan after discovering car was diesel (thats the only reason i was there). The latest issue is 9,000 miles later when the tires that they replaced according to the salesman all had to be replaced due to crazy wear issues that destroyed the tires leaving them with tread below legal limits. The car drives like a dream now and is so quiet proving the tires were no good when they sold the car, the service dept (ben) said they did NOT replace the tires on the car. Do not buy from pecheles unless you have a big budget to fix what they should have fixed before selling a car. More

And thats what happened, I didn't have to leave my house, it was great!We had several conversations over the phone, got a great price, and the car was driven to me by Josh. Josh did a great job going over the cars features and explaining everything and was very pleasant. I would definately do business and highly recommend this dealership to everyone! More

I told him and the ball started rolling, he found me the first sonata and the air conditioner was not cooling so he pulled another car round for me to test drive and I LOVED IT!!!He was very informative on the test drive and didnt seem to mind answering any questions I had I felt as if I had known him for years. it was the quickest i have ever been and purchased a car. i would recommend joe pecheles hyundai to anyone!!!!! One of the best if not the best New Car buying experience ever. From the time we arrived I felt that we were treated like "The Customer", you know, the guy with the money.
