Kevin, Britain, Kristen, Josh were exceptional in assisting me with my purchase. They were extremely professional and treated me as though I was part of their family. Everyone was knowledgeable of assisting me with my purchase. They were extremely professional and treated me as though I was part of their family. Everyone was knowledgeable of VW and able to answer any and all questions I had. They all ensured that I got the best deal possible and that I was satisfied with the vehicle purchased. The gentleman at the service desk was professional too. As a team, these folk did all possible to ensure that I was able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted and one that would save me an extreme cost in gas. I traded a gas guzzler for a vehicle that gets more miles per gallon and looks better too! Each employee that I had the opportunity to speak with was cordial and willing to assist. They gave me an ok deal (not bad, good, or great) on a jetta. Tried to talk them down in price and they called back 3 times a day for days during my work hours (which they knew). They even brought me a car to test drive at my house that was not the one I was interested in...also during work hours. I bought elsewhere. They were very eager to sell, just not eager to please. I just purchased a 2010 VW Passat. While my sales representative was very personable and was extremely helpful, I was very disappointed in the sales management. The sticker on the Passatt was $28,36 representative was very personable and was extremely helpful, I was very disappointed in the sales management. The sticker on the Passatt was $28,360 and the only one available was the program-demo car that the GM had been using so it already had over 5,000 miles. After I expressed my interest, they came back with an initial offer of $29,000+ and claimed that they had to add in additional fees. After I threatened to leave, they dropped it below sticker. Remember this car had over 5000 miles. The same sales manager claimed that my warranty (3 year, 36,000 miles) would start when the car was titled. So therefore my warranty was good until 41,000 miles. After about 6 negotiations I got it where it should have been to start with. After the agreement was made the finance manager told me that the warranty would end at 36,000 miles, this was less than the sales manager and I agreed too- I think my sales rep deserves to work for better management. I would not recommend anyone buying a car from here. More

This business just can't be running much longer with the service they provide. Despite my strong advice, they repeatedly ordered the wrong part. And then charged double for the service. The two times I took my car in more major work (1. new water pump and 2. new tire rod and cv boot) - I left with something else totally unrelated broken or not working. I took my 2000 Volkswagen Beetle in about 6 months ago and had the water pump replaced because it had a leak and not only was the car not ready DAYS after the estimated completion time, when I got it back my trunk wouldnt open anymore. The other day I took it in for a new cv boot and tire rod and on the way back home i realized that my AC completely didnt work anymore. I've tried to contact the service department and got to response - so I sent and email and I'll be writing to the corporate office and also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On the BBB site they have a contact number listed of a GM to talk to before you file a complaint but no one answers at that number either. More

I was so put off that I refused to buy cars from these dealerships, despite them having inventory with cars I was very interested in. Joe Pecheles in Greenville was the exception to this experience. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service and value that I received through this dealership. They were completely reasonable when negotiating and I left the lot so pleased after purchasing a car. It is the only place that I will buy a car from in the future and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. More
Bought my '03 Beetle from this dealer. Have had to take it back on four occasions for faulty brake/tail light - last time asked them to fix the problem, not just replace the bulb again - live 45 miles away it back on four occasions for faulty brake/tail light - last time asked them to fix the problem, not just replace the bulb again - live 45 miles away. Still didn't fix it and is out again! Also, they had to replace the emg. brake handle under warranty, let me know when ordered part was in, and went there (with appt.) and sat for 3+ hours waiting for it to be installed; then came out to tell me they had ordered the wrong part and had to re-order it!! Never was I offered transportation or a loaner car or anything! No quality control apparently and just fix what's on the surface what is obviously a defect (brake light). Very unhappy with their service department. More
