They were efficient and answered all my questions. I had bought 2 new Kia vehicles before, but this time I bought a used one. The only thing I wish they did was give at least a 30 - 90 day warranty. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service I received. I paid cash and did fiance the purchase. More
