DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! SELLING FAULTY VEHICLES, WASTE YOUR TIME, AND MONEY! Bought my mom a nice used vehicle and the sunroof was KNOWINGLY LEAKING - we smelt a mildew SELLING FAULTY VEHICLES, WASTE YOUR TIME, AND MONEY! Bought my mom a nice used vehicle and the sunroof was KNOWINGLY LEAKING - we smelt a mildew smell in the car and was told "it was just shampooed". No, the sunroof is leaking...after haggling with them on THE ALREADY PAID FOR bumper-to-bumper coverage, they have had our car for over a month and NO progress - even screened our calls which is another story in itself! After us pestering them, they finally sent it to the brand's dealership and we have yet to have a status update. With the leaking and incompetence of the service, management, and employees, the car has water damage to the interior that will NEVER be replaceable or repairable-most likely fail a health inspection from mold and Lord know what other bacteria or fungi; yet to be presented with any options by them. I would be surprised if this location doesn't already have a lawsuit but they're edging on the side of receiving another one. At this point, have the owner Joe Meyers give us a call, because my family and I are DONE with your full of it managers. More
