Joe Meyers Kia was an excellent experience for my wife and I. We were taken care of from the minute we arrived until after we left, receiving texts and emails thanking us for coming in. Bought my 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 at Parkway Kia just to be treated like garbage. My car was build with a few issues that needed to be addressed. After a crazy first 2 weeks of trying to get fixed I called Kia treated like garbage. My car was build with a few issues that needed to be addressed. After a crazy first 2 weeks of trying to get fixed I called Kia of America just to be returned back to Parkway Kia who had on going excuses on not getting a part. A side note this is my 6th Kia and 3rd Stinger so not new to this brand. After weeks of upset I made my way over to Joe Myers spoke to the Sales Manager Sean and parts just to find out the part has been in warehouses throughout Americas, confronted Parkway just, as usual, to turn it around on me as if I’m in control of there way of doing business. A week later I’m here at Joe Myers the part is here and being installed. Be aware and be informed!! You want honesty and great service it’s here!! What I learned was at Parkway Kia I was just that days commission and then I was nothing but a problem the next week. Not a good way to do business. Joe Myers Kia took me in with no questions asked just helped me and didn’t even think twice. More
