The service department did not properly diagnose my symptoms. They had me pay a $800 bill for an unnecessary service. Once I received my car back and it continued to drive the same. I reached out to th symptoms. They had me pay a $800 bill for an unnecessary service. Once I received my car back and it continued to drive the same. I reached out to the service agent he said to return it, only to tell me the previous repair was not necessary I need a new engine. If I would have known this, I may have made the decision to replace the vehicle. Instead of investing in an unnecessary repair. Now the service agent will not respond. More
