My husband and I have been looking for a Ford Explorer for about a year and have dealt with several other dealerships. All of the other dealerships wanted to sell us what was on the lot versus asking wha for about a year and have dealt with several other dealerships. All of the other dealerships wanted to sell us what was on the lot versus asking what specific features we were looking for and finding it. As a result, we left frustrated and never returned. Scott Jackson did just the opposite! A family member had purchased a used vehicle from Scott and was very pleased with the service she received so we thought we would also give him a chance. He located an Explorer for us to test drive just to verify it was exactly what we wanted and then made it happen. Within a week we were in our new vehicle with all the features we requested. I absolutely LOVE my new Explorer and I look forward to working with Joe Machens more in the future. I would highly recommend Scott Jackson for new or used vehicle purchases! More
