We stopped by Machens Ford because we were looking for a new vehicle but didn't know what make or model we would choose. Randy Wells met us with a huge smile and a firm handshake. He gave us his card and told us to call him if we had any questions. Because of Randy's knowledge and the great options we found in the Ford Fusion, we made the 50 mile trip to meet with him. Randy helped us decide on a 2014 Ford Fusion (without the usual high pressure tactics some dealerships use) and we ordered it that day. We picked up our Ford this evening and Randy was there to answer every question we had and helped us get in and out of the dealership very quickly with our new car. He also e-mailed us information so we can research options on our new Ford at our convenience. We would highly recommend this dealership and Randy Wells as a "super" sales person! Both Brad and John were very friendly. We felt very comfortable talking to them. They did everything they could to get us into the vehicle we wanted for the price we could afford. We came to the dealership with our own financing and ended up leaving very happy with financing through a Machens lender. We were able to get a much better deal than our own credit union offered us, so we were able to add a warranty to the vehicle purchase and were still under the payment quoted to us by our bank. We have been looking for a new vehicle for months and had some bad luck and bad customer service with other dealerships. We had previously looked at another vehicle at Machens Capital City and decided against purchasing it. However, out of all the dealerships we have dealt with, Brad was the only salesman that kept in touch with me and tried to find me a vehicle that I liked. When I told him I had found one that I wanted to see but it was in Columbia, he started working on it right away and it was sitting in Jefferson City the next day for us to pick up. We signed the papers a few days later. It was very easy compared to the experiences we have had with other dealerships. John Brown was the finance person we dealt with. He was also great. Thanks to him, we got the vehicle we wanted for less than what our bank was offering. He started working on the paperwork as soon as we got into his office. We didn't have to sit there for hours waiting. So far everyone we have dealt with at this dealership has done everything they can to accommodate us. Thanks!!!!!!!!!! More

Super customer service! We have purchased three vehicles from them. They have been great to work with. Their service department is also wonderful to work with. My grandson loves to go get the oil changed, h from them. They have been great to work with. Their service department is also wonderful to work with. My grandson loves to go get the oil changed, he thinks the video and pinball machines are the bomb. The cotton candy, ice cream, popcorn, and slushees are just an added bonus. I pity the poor fool who ever tries to take him to a different dealership. I strongly recommend this dealership for all your needs. More
