Went the extra mile I had a very specific idea of what I wanted when I went in to the dealership. He had the car I wanted located and on it's way to the dealership before I left. The next day, I was able to pick up the car I wanted. It was washed, filled with gas, and the paperwork just needed my signature. The process was quick, painless, and I couldn't be happier! More

Never Give Up! So my wife and I started this story last Memorial Day with a test drive of a new fully loaded Explorer. The price was a little scary so we decided t So my wife and I started this story last Memorial Day with a test drive of a new fully loaded Explorer. The price was a little scary so we decided to try looking for another Explorer with a lesser price tag but with all the goodies. The kids fell in love with the bucket seats in the middle row and my wife wanted the sunroof, flip and fold seats. This is like the Holy Grail of Explorers. For 2 months I searched high and low for an Explorer to make the whole family happy and with no luck. My sales representative (Randy) would keep checking in from time to time and would see how I was doing on my search. Which was completely terrible… He found a new Explorer with the options everyone wanted and in the price range I wanted. Chris worked his magic with the financing and the rest is history. I would highly recommend you going to see Randy Wells for a new vehicle. More

Above and Beyond!! I did my research and decided to call upon Joe Machens in Jefferson City. What a HUGE difference! Cody Hodge was an angel from start to finish, as was the gentleman who worked on the numbers for me (I apologize that I don't remember his name.). This is the first vehicle that I have ever bought by myself. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!! He listened to what we had to say and was never pushy. He showed us options on their website and gave me suggestions. He never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable the way some other dealerships have. I then had a slight issue with the car after I purchased it. I called Don and he instantly wanted to resolve the problem. He did just that , and I was completely satisfied and grateful. What wonderful customer service...even after the sale!
