2014 Ford Escape We bought a 2011 Ford Escape from Lance Burns when he was at your Columbia Store, 4 moths ago. He was wonderful then, and when he moved to the Jeffers We bought a 2011 Ford Escape from Lance Burns when he was at your Columbia Store, 4 moths ago. He was wonderful then, and when he moved to the Jefferson City store he took my vehicle to the store for an oil change and service. He text me that same day and said "you know, I can get you into a brand new Escape for not much more a month". We worked out the deal and I am now driving a brand new 2014 Escape and we LOVE IT!!! We recommend Lance and your dealership to all of our friends. BEST customer service EVER!!! My experience with this car dealership was very good. I had wrecked my car and needed another one ASAP.
