Well worth the trip My wife and I were looking for a 2012 or 2013 Durango. We live in the St Louis area and had several available here. However, Joe Machens had one onlin My wife and I were looking for a 2012 or 2013 Durango. We live in the St Louis area and had several available here. However, Joe Machens had one online that had lower miles at a lower price than any we had found locally. It also had all of the options we wanted. I called and spoke with Derek in sales. I gave him a detailed description of our trade in. We were able to negotiate an agreeable price. My wife and I had to wait a couple of days because we were taking off work to look at the vehicle. They had no problem holding the vehicle until we could get there. The vehicle was spotless and parked right in front when we got there. I had visions of them trying to lowball us on the trade in when we got there, but they honored the quote they gave us. Derek was very polite and knowledgeable. We didn't need financing, but Chris took the time to explain all of the other documents. The whole transaction went very smoothly, and we couldn't have been happier with the customer service. It was definitely worth the trip from St Louis. More
