We had just returned from a trip to the east coast and needed to get the Edge serviced, we service both vehicles at Machens quick lube in Jefferson City. We were close to a 100,000 miles and needed to trade soon. Walking the used car lot we noticed a couple of Edges we liked. Cam Carroll walked over from the new car lot to talk to us. A couple days later we went back over to check out these vehicles to see if we could make a deal. Cam did a great job showing us and answering the questions we had. Doni in particular paid attention to my needs and always responded quickly by email and phone. I feel like Doni went to bat for me to get the best price he could. My car is about to be picked up by an auto transporter and brought to me. It has been great to feel confidence in people so far away.
